    I bought a godrej edge neo 5star fidge on 28/5/2022. Then I see sweating problem in my fridge. I complain twice. Twice the technician comes to my house. But they could not solve the sweating problem of my fridge. The second time the technician came he said it was the problem of door gasket. And he went on to say that he would change it. But still he has not come to change it. And did not have any contact with me

      I purchased a Godrej sliding door steel Almirah (Order Confirmation no 232665) at a price of Rs. 40175 from Eastman franchis of Godrej Interio at Garia, Kolkata:47 on 05/06/2022. The product was delivered on 7th June2022 and installed on 8th June 2022. During installation the technician informed me that the right hand door lock of the Almirah is missing .They promised that they will inform the Service Center and
      it will get replaced next day. But nobody came to fix the the lock till today and my Almirah has remained unused and unsafe without lock. I repeatedly raised complain with Godrej service center in Kolkata and the Godrej shop in Garia but without any proper response about the time when it will be resolved.I am an NRI and will leave India at the end of June.
      Now, at this condition I shall request your good office to resolve the issue ASAP OR refund the money and take back the unsafe and incomplete almirah .

        I had made purchase of Sumo 3 seater recliner and Sumo 2 seater recliner sofa from Home Decor, Godrej and Boyce Authorised Franchisee, Karmanghat, Hyderabad, 500079. I was offered discount of 9% by company and additional 1% discount by dealer. Thus cost of product was ₹109623, discount of ₹ 10963 and I paid ₹ 98660 to the dealer.

        I recieved delivery of these only two products on[protected]. But under installation slip 3 products were mentioned (installation was done on[protected] by Godrej Personnel) and also under warranty activation link 3 products are mentioned.

        It is understood that Godrej Company had given Virtue FB Black Study chair as part of offer as free gift against purchase, but I have not received the chair. It is requested to confirm about the free gift. I feel cheated as only sofa were delivered by dealer and chair (3rd item) was not delivered to me.

        Installation of Sumo 2 seater and 3 seater sofa was done on[protected], but under warranty activation link date from which warranty starts is written as[protected]. Warranty should start from date of installation and not from any date prior to that.

        Bill, Delivery invoice, warranty activation link copy enclosed for your referrence.

        It is requested to resolve above points at the earliest.

          I had purchased one shoe rack online from Godrej interio which was delivered yesterday. Installer came yesterday to fix it. Again one part was missing. Everytime it happens . They blame packaging department. Talked to Mr Sunil from Godrej, he was not at all helpful and said this will take 2-3 weeks, talk to my senior I can’t do anything. Why every time when you order something, parts are missing, why so casual behavior on their part. They are not at all customer friendly. Please help me out as I need it urgently.           Highly disappointed. Got a mail after complaining that your issue will be resolved within 2-3 weeks. Written mails to all. It has been almost one week for replacement / supplying parts of shoe cabinet. Today called Mr Vineet Joshi. I am told that I need to have patience as all his other customers are very patient when parts of the order are missing. He can’t refund money even if you want it urgently. so there is no other option left. According to him, it is an equal pain for installer also as he has to come again. What a reply. Shocked with his attitude.

          Spoke to Vineet Joshi. Promised to inform me around 11.00 AM. Called him, sent mail, still no replacement or refund.
          NEVER EVER I will buy anything from Script or Godrej Interio. Because their products are fine but always deliver with missing parts and you keep waiting for missing parts. No one seems to be interested. If you can’t supply parts early then refund my money. Why should I wait for missing part. This is not the first time they have done it. It is their regular feature.

          I need to register my complaint against the casual and irresponsible behavior of your employees, especially in packaging and servicing department .

          I am a loyal customer of Godrej/Script and have purchased furniture worth approx 15 lakhs from Script/ Godrej interio.

          I had purchased one Meraki shoe rack online from Godrej interio which was delivered on Tuesday 31st May. Installer came on the same day to fix it.
          Again one part of it was missing. They are very casual about it. One department blames other and so on. I had Spoken to Mr Vineet Joshi, Sunil Verma, Sent mails but no action.Your products are good but always delivered incomplete and you keep waiting for missing parts. No one seems to be interested. Why should I wait for missing part. This is not the first time they have done it. It is their regular feature. We are told it will take 2- 3 weeks or several days to revert. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed with packaging/servicing department of godrej interio.

          We need this shoe cabinet urgently. If they can’t provide, please tell them to refund my money.

            My Godrej platue sofa 1 siter was completely damage their reksin. My dealer always speak that problem will be resolved. But now the posirion of sofa realy wast.                 Sir, I am a customer of Godrej Kitchen Moduler, US Enterprise, Golbazar, Agartala, Tripura. I paid 1.5 lakhs out of 1.81 lakhs. They had to install on Tuesday. I would pay the rest on the day of installation.

                They r not providing granite platform, first at the time of purchase the said they will arrange, after payment they denied. Lastly I purchased.

                Brought and kept in a place where it is not safe and it can be stolen anytime from the site of the newly constructed apartment, couldn't keep in the room due to stairs. As a result I requested Papai Saha, service provider, to cut the granite in two halves day before yesterday so that we can keep in room.

                He said he would come, but didn't come, he even didn't communicate.

                I sent Whatsapp message, he rang in the morning.

                He said he doesn't have measurements, so he will not cut.

                He told me to cut, but my question is, if he can't cut without measurements, how can I cut without measurements. His misbehavior should be taken care of by your company. He is reluctant about his responsibilities after getting the payment.

                He behaved rudely, arrogantly. So, I told that I am not interested to install, As they r careless, doesn't have any accountability.

                Now I want to go to Consumer's Forum or High Court against US Enterprise-Godrej.

                  It is very pathetic to write this complaint and now my view has been changed about the brand of Godrej. I will not suggest any one to purchase. As it is using third quality materials and making us fool with charging very high amount and not giving proper response after sale.

                  I want to mention here that I had purchased Atlanta dining table with 6 chairs on 29/12/2019 and get it installed in Jan 2020....

                  I am a long-time customer of Godrej. I recently purchased 2 sofa chairs and a table from your Okhla showroom which were not on display. On delivery, the colour combination and the comfortability of the products did not match as expected. Immediately after the delivery of the products, on the 4th of May 2022, I emailed to raise my concern, requesting an exchange. However, I have still not received a reply after trying to get in touch via email twice and the sofa is lying packed in my house.

                  As a loyal customer, I expected at least a reply. I am highly disappointed with the services provided to me and would appreciate you resolving the matter immediately.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I have purchased Atlanta dining table with 6 chairs on 29/12/2019 and installed in Jan 2020. Within a few months o[censored]se, the chairs started sound and after sometime one of the chair was broke. I registered a complaint but customer care / executive shows their ignorance to replace the chair. I said that all the chairs are very poor in quality and very delicate to hold a heavy person. It may break. But the executive was not agreed to replace the same. After continuous follow up and many calls they agreed to replace one broken chair. Since, the quality is very poor and not able to hold a person even of 75 kg. I told to replace all the chairs. But they denied. Now, the position is that again one of the chair is broken and remaining 5 are in very pathetic condition. All is very prone to break down. They are sounding very much and their parts are of very poor quality to withstand the weight and stop sound. Not feeling comfortable to sit. It makes me uncomfortable during dinner. My money goes wasted due to such fraud company who makes faulty products and charge very higher amount than market for its quality and comfort.

                    I registered a complaint on 04.05.2022 and for inspection they are asking for Rs.400/- without any service and they are asking us to pay Rs.6000/- for the service. Since, their products are so bad why can I pay money for such defective products within very short span of time and I had already complaint regarding the same previously during first complaint. The company is making us fool and charging for their faulty products.

                    1. Why should I go for a brand and purchase such a expensive dining table with chairs which is in poor condition after use of just 1-2 years?

                    2. Is it life of a branded furniture with cost of approx 70000/-?

                    3. Is it good to forbid my father to sit on them that it would be break.

                    4. What is the fun to purchase such furniture which is durable even lower than lower market product. Company is making us fool.

                    Really pathetic, I have also complaint to executive Mr. Shashank Shukla on 11.05.2022 who also not responded properly even after 10 days of complaint. Very poor post purchase service.

                    Kindly exchange the defective product as it is not the fault of customer who has paid the whole amount price as demanded by the company.

                    Now my view has been changed about the brand of Godrej. I will not suggest any one to purchase.

                      Godrej interio defective / poor quality Atlanta dining chairs

                        I have installed a godrej interio kitchen and it is pathetic so far. Rust on door and hingers. Paints are getting off. Hingers are damages and unuseful reported this issue 3 months ago and pathetic service so far.. they dnt even respond until we follow up everytime. I really have a bad post sale customer experience so far. I regret installing it for my new home.

                          Purchased Kreations 8 unit modular wardrobe and that's when the nightmare started. Absolutely pathetic customer service. The technicians were very inexperienced and damaged 2 units while assembling the parts. Since then (Nov 2021) to till today (Apr 2022), I have made several 1000 calls but no responses neither from the dealer (Naresh, Sudarshan, or Tarish) nor the Godrej Representative - Bibekananda Nayak - [protected] (Godrej sales representative).
                          They sent the damaged parts first time and after several weeks the technician arrived and said it is the wrong part that was sent and we have raise request again, then after raising the request again and waiting for 2 months, the parts have arrived but now no technicians are available for assembly.

                          The parts are lying in my place since last 1 month with no one to assemble it. Now when I call the dealer - Sri Vinayak Jointery Furniture in Rayagada, I get a response that they have now stopped selling kreations because they are not getting proper technician to assemble it. Further, they keep saying we are trying to arrange someone. The Godrej Representative Bibekanand has stopped picking up the call and has left the customer helpless.

                          It was the biggest mistake of my life to go for this product, can't tell you the anguish and suffering I have been through for this purchase, it has caused me more mental agony then anything else could ever be.

                            We have procured godrej wardrobes. Although the exterior is beautiful, the edges of internal shelves are sharp and these edges are kept open. I got hurt (proper cut on my finger) many times. Thus customer safety is not considered.

                              Sir,

                              It is hereby to inform you that I had purchased a Godrej Tuffty Chair on 10/7/2021 (Invoice attached). Unfortunately its left arm-rest got losen within 2-3 months. It was informed to the seller and representative from Godrej attended the problem. But still, within few weeks again the same left arm-rest got losen more. When contacted Godrej representative via seller again sending required images of the defect to (+91 [protected]) on request, he recommended for the arm-rest replacement. I had raised this request to the seller on 3/1/2022. Unfortunately, it has been 8 months, still I haven't heard back neither from the seller nor from Godrej.

                              Kindly look into this matter and arrange for repair/replacement of the left arm-rest as soon as possible, else I would be left with no option other than raising my concern to the Consumer Forum.

                                we have purchase the modular kitchen from Vaishnavi sales corporation
                                inv no 171/21-22 Date[protected] Amt - 265000.00 authorized channel partner of Godrej Interior in Pune dealer.
                                but we have recived the defective material and door color is different.
                                it is not installation properly. ( we have made the whole payment )
                                please send your representative for checking for prior appointment.
                                (otherwise we will go to the consumer court )

                                    I purchased a recliner, the leatheritte pealed off in less than a year. I complained about it but by then a year was over so the company washed hands saying warranty over. quickly they connect me to their agent who is demanding more than 70% of the cost of the recliner to change the leatheritte. This is not ay all expected of a reputed company. I request that the leatheritte of the recliner be changed free of cost...
