Dear Godrej Team,

We have purchased a new refrigerator of your company from Naveen Electronics Model Town -III, Delhi 110009 on 11th March'2012 viz. Model No GFE27TZ color shellwine red. On the second day; we have observed some noise from compressor and lodged a complaint in your customer care. On 14 March'2012 the engineer visited and repaired that thing and said that stablizer is compulsory for this model though...

this is vivek sardana. my complaint is regarding my bed service which i purchased in january.
instead of calling them many a time they do not respond me properly and when i personaly met them they talked very badly and with misbehaviour. they simply clean their way and do not answer me properly.

The air conditioner that we bought 10months ago is not working properly,the cooling effect has reduced and also there is a rattling sound.since the air conditioner is within guarantee period you are requested to depute the service engineer to examine it and rectify the fault in case the fault is repairable otherwise the defective air conditioner may please be replaced at your earliest in-order to stop further inconvenience to us....

We are having problem for the past 1 month in the machine. First of all they clear the complaint without user confirmation and every time you have to log a new complaint. Second their engineers are un trend and careless. for water drainage, the engineer first suggested to change the drain pipe which cost money, On second time complaint he has changed the gear box but no resolve. on third time complaint he visited and advised change of drum...

I am VR Prasad Babu Nerella, purchased Godrej eon front loading washing machine on August 31st 2011. From day 1, we have trouble that clothes are getting torn in the washing machine and lodged so many complaints with the service desk team. But no body did anything. Finally I had a big fight and then they agreed to replace the washing machine and they have done the same. Pathetically I am facing the same issue...

despite repeated reminders,said they cannot deliver 3 products ,will refund money 32,000.not refunded till now
behaving rudely,total fraud.no credibility.never buy godrej interio product...

My Godrej Split AC is not working proprly from last 3 months and i have complaint to the company twice...The representative visited twice at our office area but till date no one has taken any serious action for repairing the same...
This is the worst service i have ever observed for any electronics item by the company...

Our complaint was attended to without delay but the job was left half done. The compressor was replaced but the beading that needed to be changed remains as it was since the Engineer never returned. A part was removed because it was burnt( don't know what it is- looks like a container) but never replaced.

Multiple complaints have been lodged to no avail. Each time we are told an urgent complaint is being lodged... more...

Godrej has the worst after sales service and fake guarantee. i have purchased a double door and pentacool refrigerator 260ltr,lusty metallic door and it reads "Rust free with zop technology"10 year warranty", i purchased it 4 years back.

The very first instance they deliver the new one was a nightmare. the load men dropped it from the vehicle while unloading. the unit was broken so i have to go back to the dealer...
