I purchased a recliner, the leatheritte pealed off in less than a year. I complained about it but by then a year was over so the company washed hands saying warranty over. quickly they connect me to their agent who is demanding more than 70% of the cost of the recliner to change the leatheritte. This is not ay all expected of a reputed company. I request that the leatheritte of the recliner be changed free of cost...

I have godrej Eon Refrigerator and its back light is blinking 5times, if there some problme?...

I purchased two unit of godrej Avenues g204 & g1204.
I am trying to contact my RM since 1 week. Her phone is off. (Monika +[protected]
It was on for 10 minutes on 24th Feb and she was shouting & not agreeing that her phone was off.
I sent email and whatsapp messages and no response there as well.
I feel like buying godrej property has given me stress. I am already High BP patient and additional stress will kill me and godrej should be responsible for it.
I would like to cancel my unit and want my refund for both the units.

Door and lock of my godrej almirah is defective. Their servicemen came and twice and confirmed this complaint. They said that the door will be replaced. They never do it. I met them 4 times. Service is very poor. Extremely annoyed with Godrej..

I have purchased a Godrej Tuffty Chair on 10/7/2021.
Unfortunately its left arm-rest got loosen within 2-3 months. It was informed to the seller and representative from Godrej attended the problem. But still, within few weeks again the same left arm-rest got more loosen. Please look into this and arrange for repair/replacement of the left arm-rest as soon as possible while its in the warranty period. After following up a lot a Godrej representative did called for the above issue but it has been 2 months since then no further progress to resolve this issue.

My father has purchased the Modular Kitchen from "Godrej Interio", a furniture industry giant from the house of the Godrej Group(Godrej and Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd.), which offer a 15 years warranty on the product, as well as a maintenance service. There dealer m/s "Akriti Interiors " took Advance from us & without doing due diligence he sits on customer money for 6 months & then issue letterhead in the name of Invoice. We have raised at the time of installation as well that defective products were being installed to which they somehow justified & installed few & took the remaining for replacement. Akriti Interiors Owner Faisal Hashmi mailed us the prices in January when we made the payment so please help me understand why the installation was completed in July & what took them 6 months to complete the work? After that they never come back despite of several complaints. He is absolutely unprofessional as he doesn’t responds to calls. When we complaint about this to "Godrej Interio". They responded that "it is not an invoice only a letter head". I don't understand that Instead of checking with their Dealer - Akriti Interiors as why he provided only these documents. How was Akriti Interiors maintaining the books by selling the goods without maintaining proper invoice copy? Now they are telling that it will take another 45 days to fix that. Now when we are complaining since last 2 years from the time of installation he is not getting the defective product fixed.
I request your support to get this issue resolved now, not only for my self but to teach the false dealer and companies which are cheating people and do not care for the money paid to them by consumers. I feel cheated by Godrej as well because of Godrej brand name I have opted for Modular rather than Carpenter-made Kitchens & this kind of service is total disappointment. I have already paid a amount of Rs. 2, 08, 000 for my kitchen to always in a good condition.
Kindly Co-operate in resolving my complaint on priority.

I, Ajay Prasad, bought a 5 seater sofa set worth Rs.64, 693.00 in Feb 2021. The items are received in defective condition initially. Due to non awareness about repair services and out of city several times I contacted the Godrej toll free no. In Dec 2021. The company is refusing to repair the same even if item is covered under warranty period.

I had contacted Godrej Interio customer support on 6th December, 2021 for repairing a Godrej Cupboard and Sofa’s. Their technician visited on 7th December, examined the problem and told me that Godrej would send quotation. Next Day after me following up with the Technician, someone called Mukesh Kewat spoke with me and emailed quotation on 8th December, 2021. The quotation was from Ramkumar Enterprises . Undersigned staying in Nalconagar, Angul, Odisha - 759145 recently had ordered a L- shaped sofa through Godrej interio dealer, Radiant Agencies, Angul-759122.

As display of the product was not available in store, choice was made through the product brochure.

Arcade model L shaped sofa, denim colour was selected from the product brochure.

As the sofa was ordered, delivery by Godrej interio dealer was made at our doorstep in packed condition. The sofa was unboxed and fitted by technician at our residence.

It is quite astonishing that the delivered product is not matching with the colour of product shown in product brochure.

Fabric colour is totally different than that displayed in brochure. Supplied product is having dull appearance.

The matter was intimated to the dealer M/s Radiant Agencies. The dealer then contacted Godrej area manager Mr Manas Rout, but the issue couldn't be shorted out.

Finally it could be inferred that Godrej doesn't focus customer satisfaction, rather than selling products in brand name only.

I hope complete cheating by Godrej interio through glorified product brochure.

The sofas are covered at home without use, till a resolution is done.

Undersigned is ready for exchange of product with similar cost or higher value.

Ordered a product on 17th December. I had two different addresses, one is billing address and the other os the shipping address. It was supposed to be delivered at the shipping address. But instead they tried delivering it at the billing address. So had to refuse the delivery.
Now the situation is that, I have paid the price, I didn't receive the product but the tracking shows delivered. The customer service personnel is unable to provide any clarification.

I have purchased two recliner sofas of the above specs. from Godrej, Vikrampuri, Secunderabad, Telangana state on 31/12/2018 vide invoice
Number 7DI/11080907. Out of two sofas. one sofa leatherette cover is peeled off on its own without usage. This is a 100% manufacturing defect of the covered sheet. The problem was informed within one year to the showroom but no action has been taken. I am making complaints frequently
but there is no proper response from the Company. Though the Company has offered 3 years warranty, nothing has been done for repair/ refund, return, etc.

Bed is making annoying sound while sitting and sleeping...it really disturb us

There is no proper alignment done in my kitchen and also skirting is not fixed properly and wrapper is also not removed. whenever I call the person he just keep me assuring that it will be done in 2 to 3 days .It is continued From last 2 month but there is no any respond.If this will continue then I have to complain to higher authorities.

Dear sir, I had purchased leatherette soffa in feb 2021, but repeatedly the cover is getting torned due to poor stiching and quality.the soffa is not at par the Godrej quality, due to quality issue I want to return and need refund .pictures of bill and sofa are attached

I have purchased an Almirah from Godrej Interio, Axis Mall, Newtown, Rajarhat, Kolkata 156 on 31.10.2021 vide their bill no.3084, which is not properly fitted and looks like a local made Almirah. During 1st time fitting, it has been shown that minor LHSD/RHSD as well as both doors are defective, for that complaint had been lodge by the technician on 2nd Nov.2021 vide Call no. 6975.

The LHSD/RHSD & LH Door have been delivered on 7th Dec.but RH Door is missing. After fitting the 3parts new parts, the Almirah looks as like as a local made Almirah, which is very disgusting.

Please replace the Almirah by a perfect one or refund the money.

Refer my previous complaint having Docket No.[protected]. Dealer M/S Khosla Electronics Pvt. Ltd., Chinsurah is playing a sharp practice. There is racket which is hellbent to tarnish the name and fame of your organisation held in high esteem as "GODREJ" .
A few days later of my earlier complaint a man visited my place and took photographs of the refrigerator and maintained that it will take a month's time to replace the refrigerator. A few days thereafter for the second time a man turned up with a door of a refrigerator with different colour and size. So he went back with the door as it didn't match the colour and size.For the third time another man turned up with a door showing visible signs that the same is pre used one with few scratches and painting over the same.
Please take immediate remedial steps to maintain the dignity of the GODREJ.
My patience is exhausted.

When I pour last glass of real juice found dirty lump of some fleshy stuff from juice. We are really worried about implications on our health. I strongly recommend Godrej to look into quality of the product.
