repainting of godrej almirah

i had given my old godrej wardrobe for repainting . The godrej people visited our house on 12.06.2010 and submitted their estimate. As per the mechanic, we needed to do full down payment of the estimated amount for getting our wardrobe to be picked up from our residence and delivery of the same back to us was to be done within 15-20 days. The almirah was picked up from our residence on 14.06.2010 against full downpayment of Rs. 4220/- but...

Hi,

I had faced an acute mental trauma due to godrej service delay. I stay in outskirts of Chennai, and my godrej refridgerator is 3 yrs old. I hold an AMC Annual maintenance for my product, which was sold by the service provider tactically. My nearest godrej service station is in chennai, but these gave the compalint detaisl to Pondicherry, G.M. Services (Guiltless Mechanics), worst service provider. one has to call them daily to get solution. these people work there are not updated with the activities, though they follow the tracking system i.e. complaint nos generated to them through customer care.
Customer care will be always engaged, making us to assume that they have only one phone line.
Phone calls vil not be attended after 1300hrs.

I really feel that the after sale service are worst in Godrej refrigerator as well A/C.

    RESPECTED SIR/MADAM,

    1. I HAVE PURCHSED AIR CONDITIONER ON 05OCT2009 FROM BIDJEY & CO , TILAK DWAR, ARYA SAMAJ ROAD,MATHURA-281001. BOOK NO-05, SR NO-224.

    2. SINCE THE TIME OF INSTALLATION THE AIR CONDITIONER DEVELOPED SOME FAULT OR ANOTHER (MIN 3-4 TIMES) . THIS TIME IT HAS TAKEN MORE THAN ONE MONTH AND STILL NO SATISFACTORY RESPONCE HAS BEEN GIVEN BY THE DEALER.

    3. AS A CUSTOMER I SHOULD KNOW WHAT IS THE ACTUAL PROBLEM AND WHAT ACTION THE DEALER IS TAKING AND I REQUIRE A DIFFERENT NEW PIECE .

    4. SIR I AM FACING LOT OF DOMESTIC PROBLEM BECAUSE OF SMALL CHILD . PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND RESOLVE MY PROBLEM AT THE EARLIEST.

    5. IF MY PROBLEM IS NOT ADDRESSED I HAVE TO SEEK CONSUMER COURT ASSISTANCE AND PUT MY GRIEVANCE AGAINST GODREJ & CO IN LOCAL NEWSPAPER.

        Hi,

        This is regarding a refridgerator and a split AC I purchased from Godrege dealer through the sales person (I guess0 Mr Praveen Sharma.whose contactnumber is [protected].He just delivered the products and never took the responsibility to get them installed or provide a demo .After paying in full for both of the products for the last 10 days we are everyday calling him to find our when the technician can come,The technician reachable at [protected] came thrice to my house as and when he got time without informing me beforehand and went without making any installation and claiming that he cannot install the AC in the room which he and mr Praveen sharma had checked and confirmed suitable for the AC installation before my purchase .I am left with no option other than writing this complain or blaming myself for purchasing Godrege products.

        If this complain really makes sense to you guys please reither help me get th erefund for the products OR get them installed at the earliest as my wife is in a health condition where she needs AC at home.

          In response to your mail I would like to let you know that DO NOT DEVIATE FROM THE ORIGINAL POINT OF VIEW.

          First and Foremost : It was earlier mentioned that on that day your technician came without prior information though it was requested you at the time of lodging complaint to inform over phone before coming for inspection.

          Secondly : When your technician came in evening neither me nor my wife was in house . However your person inspected the refrigerator during that time my wife came house and telephoned me and I personally talked to that person HE HIMSELF DECLARED OVER PHONE THAT HE HAD NOT CARRIED OUT ANY WORK , ONLY INSPECTED.

          Last but not least : As your technician declared that he did not do any work SO THE CLAIM OF PAYMENT OF SERVICE CHARGE DOESN'T ARISE. Not only that he did not want also any amount. I DO HAVE DOUBT THAT WHEATHER HE IDENTIFIED THE ORIGINAL FAULT OR NOT BECAUSE AT THE TIME OF INSTALLATION HE IMPROPERLY INSTALLED FOR WHICH WE'RE SUFFERING.

          In refrigerator only the compressor light is on and neither power nor defrost is on *then how he has identified that problem

          I already had talked to Mr.Uday Pratap Singh when he called on 11.05.2010 at 16:22 and told
          that whenever it is not manufactured by you and as you are not providing at free of

          cost so why should have to buy it from you paying extra amount to you. He was also aggreed and told me that RAI will get in touch with me but till date neither they have telephoned nor sent any mail .


          I AM REALLY ASTONISHED THAT BEING A RESPONSIBLE PERSON HOW COULD YOU SHOW YOUR AUDACITY TO A BONAFIDE CUSTOMER ,INSPITE OF SOLVING THE PROBLEM DO YOU WANT TO COMPELL ME TO DO WHATEVER YOU TELL . IS IT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE OR CUSTOMER SUPPORT ?

          contacted at 9:56 AM and he told THAT I'VE TO PAY Rs.350 AS SERVICE
          CHARGES AND THE COST OF SPARES though it is under warranty .He also told
          that the person who lives in sonarpur Mr. Dibakar is not in office I
          requested him to get in touch with that person on his mobile as he
          assured /confirmed me in morning that it should be entertained today
          itself on 20.04.2010
          Please let me know why I should be harrassed buying a
          refrigerator of your esteem brand.

          This is to bring to your kind notice that I have a Washing Machine (Fuzzy Logic) and entered into AMC with you. Recently the said machin e is not working at all. I have booked a complaint bearing No. 293030. After lodging the complain, I have contacted with your Service Provider Mr Sanjay Das (M/s Technocare) whose behaviour is not tolerable and his attitude is not acceptable at all. Mr Das talked with me with bad manner and told me that he is unable to provide his service and also tole me for lodging a complaint against him. However, I am holding a good position in New India Assurance company Ltd. I cannot think about his attitude and behaviour. I am thinking that I will lodge a complaint before Consumer Protection Forum as also release the same in daily press. I shall be grateful if you kindly arrange to send your technician immediately from another service provider not from Technocare. I solicit your kind intervention in the matter. Purchase date:29/07/2012.The machine started give us problem since 14/10/1012, I lodged a complain, there was no response.A executive came and visited after 2 days, he told that there is a problem in motor.             I have Godrej Refrigerator

            There was cooling problem in my fridge. The first complaint which I made to Godrej Service Centre (Toll Free No. [protected])was in the month of June. Since then I am struggling to resolve this problem. Following are the details of the work carried by the Godrej technicians so far

            For Reff my Complain number is 770078, i had paid them all the charges but still there is no solution for my complain, looking for Hard Action on Company as they are taking All there Charges but not giving the revert on the same problem.

            Even my split A/C bought in March this year, the indoor unit is faulty and taken for service a month back and no response from those people from the service center. Only after so many calls they say the the parts are not available. Will they repair and give only for next SUMMER? And a faulty unit in a few months old A/C. Don't they have any quality check with these?

            Waste people at the service center in Godrej. What for they work? I should appreciate the service provided by WHIRPOOL(they rock in best customer service). Do we need this popular brand(Godrej)?? We need only a better satisfying service than this brand.

                I had purchased Elena TV Trolly- 1 no.from Godrej & Boyce Mfg. co. Ltd.,
                Godrej lifespace store, Jeevan Bhavan, 43, Hazratganj, lucknow costing
                Rs.5330 as per following details:
                1.Order confirmation No. 96868 dt 07.06.09
                2. Cash Receipt no.85311 dt 07.06.09
                After using the trolly for few months the top platform has bend and
                therefore glass shutters are totally jammed.
                It seems defective materials have been used in this trolly which is not
                in line with the quality of Godrej company.
                As per their service personnel nothing can be done as this is ill designed product.
                Despite of my taking up the issue with Lucknow office , nothing has been done.
                Since they are only promising and doing nothing, in my opinion this amounts to cheating by Godrej Company.

                  Sir / Madam,

                  1. At the last leg of my service, my family decided to settle down at Delhi. As throughout my career in the Army we got Government Accommodation with sufficient furniture. To furnish our new residence, we started taking advice from various relatives and friends. During this exercise we also came across to one of our acquaintance Mr. NARESH KUMAR (Mob. No. [protected]), working with Godrej Bhavan. On his request we visited Godrej Bhavan in November 2008. Among the displayed items we selected the following items:-
                  a) CANTANIA SOFA SET (Five seater)- CHERRY (ITEM CODE: STSFCATS164) vide Invoice no. 81I/24035796 due date 15 March 2009, order date 13 Nov. 2008.

                  b) VIENNA KING BED, Bill no. CNT-804 dt. 17 November 2008.

                  2. The items were supplied to us as per the details given below:-
                  a) Cantania Sofa Set (five seater)-Cherry by Godrej and Boyce manufacturing company Pvt. Ltd., Godrej Bhavan, Okhla, New Delhi-110065, invoice no. 81I/24035796 due dt. 15 March 2009, order dt. 13 November 2008. Customer Code: 93SR1D 6929268.
                  b) Vienna King Bed from Comfort Net Traders (India) Pvt. Ltd., Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, Bill no. CNT-804 dt. 17 November 2008.
                  3. As we were from Army background and were purchasing two costly items, we were offered a special concession/discount/rebate.
                  4. Within few days of our purchase our worries started accumulating as our experience are given below.
                  5. Within a month of delivery wooden supports of Vienna King Bed got loose and after our repeated requests, reminders and after approaching various staff members, it was first unsuccessfully repaired and then finally after three months the wooden supports were replaced.
                  6. Our experience with the above mentioned Sofa Set are still worse as in Oct. 2009, we found that the leather/Rexene of one of the hand rest was chipped. We immediately contacted Mr. Naresh Kumar and he promised us to get the needful done. After that the sequence of events are as under:-
                  a) We kept on reminding Mr. Naresh Kumar and he kept on delaying things on one or the other pretext. Finally by December end Mr. Ram Singh (IC repair section, tele no.[protected], and Mr. Dushyant visited our residence and after inspecting the sofa set, they informed us that the Rexene/leather is of ‘Poor Quality’ and required complete replacement. They started peeling the Rexene to take the sample for color matching. I objected to it and advised them to take of the sample from the bottom of the sofa or from one of the pocket. They insured us that within 48 hrs. they will replace it, but there was no action.
                  b) On 29th January 2010 we contacted call-centre (tele no.[protected]. Mr. Sham Bubu visited and repeated the same thing just to show us that it is a poor quality material, he just pinched one of the seat of the sofa and Rexene ripped into his hand. He charged Rs. 250 for his visit and took photographs on his mobile of the torn portions. He informed us that action would be taken within 15-20 days but there was no action.
                  c) Again we started contacting/approaching various officials of Godrej Bhavan. Mr. Pooran Chand, visited and repeated the same alibi and went back.
                  d) On 19 February 2010 Mr. Manpreet (tele no.[protected], mob no. [protected]) contacted us, and on 23rd February 2010 visited us, and felt sorry for the delay and promised us immediate action.
                  e) On 24 February 2010 Mr. Jaiswal (mob. No. [protected]) along with Mr. Dharmender visited our residence and to our horror we were informed by him that this sofa set is an ‘Out Dated Product’ and it was sold to us in ‘As It Is, Where It Is’ condition. But he promised to take appropriate action and get the sofa set repaired. He also told us that he would take our case upto the highest level to ensure that such cases do not reoccur. He informed us that it will take 30-45 days, after which there was, no response, and above mentioned staff even stopped receiving our calls thereafter.
                  7. We feel badly cheated/misguided by officials of Godrej Bhavan at all levels by telling us that they are providing us good quality ‘value for money’ items and concession on the grounds of being an army officer and buying two big and costly items. Where as now we feel that we were sold outdated/rejected/defective items.
                  8. It is just to inform you that we are only four family members staying in a four bedroom floor, we are having three different sofa sets - one is the Godrej, alongwith one other sofa set placed in the drawing room and the third one is placed in our guest room. It proves that the said sofa set was used very rarely.
                  9. You are requested to please look into the matter and take necessary action to ensure our dignity and respect along with value of our hard earned money.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                  I am from Chennai and I had Godrej Washing machine sometime back and I had called for services and AMC, approached your persons at your Ambattur, Chennai office.. Due to poor service, replacing second hand parts by your service persons and those parts alone worning out within few days of replacement, we were forced to go for different brand.

                  My grievence is: Inspite of telling your tele callers repetedly that we have got another brand and NOT INTERESTED for any of your products, they keep call at all the numbers provided to them during AMC. Added to that, they have shared my numbers to all the godrej dealers in Tamil Nadu--I get phone calls from all the godrej dealers. INSPITE OF TELLING NOT TO SHARE MY NUMBER WITH OUT MY PERMISSION, they have been doing it.

                  It is a real disturbence to us. It is very pathatic that non of your person make a note on our reply. I do not understand how you work. Still we have polite in replying as they are marketing persons.

                  PLEASE PUT AN END TO THIS PHONE CALLS. I DO NOT WANT TO RECEIVE ANY MORE CALLS FROM THEM.

                    I Mrs, Veena Darshane, Pune have Godrej refrigerator for last 25 years. the present ULTRA GODREJ MAGIC EYE model is purchased in 1998-99. It is working wonderfully.

                    However while in DEFROSTING MODE, water comes out, drains out on the floor, & not get collected in the tray given at the bottom. Also inside the refrigerator water get accumulated on the lids o[censored]tensils, in the vegetable trays etc.

                    Due to cut down of electricity this problems occurs every day. You are requested to give authorised add/contact No. in Pune.

                    When we purchased MAGIC EYE model, I send the form giving suggestions, & offcourse I received the letter from GODREJ Company giving me some Code/ ID No. which I miss placed now. But if I find out definitely I will inform you.

                    Watter doesnt come out. Your refrigerator has a pot behind/below to collect water. It has a certain capacity to collect water. If you have too much ice to be defrosted, the water will exceed the capacity of the pot & will overflow. Try defrosting the fridge as frequently as possible.

                      I bought a twin Godrej Washing machine a month ago and within some time the water inflow pipe had a cut and water is leaking. I have complained a week ago and was told the mechanic will visit in 2 days time. I received an sms stating my service call no. 242273 on Aug 5, 2008 at 17.03pm(IST), compalint registered on Aug 4, 2008 at 13.00pm(IST).

                      Till date I have not had any Godrej person call or visit to do a check. Poor after sales service.

                        Poor service from Godrej customer care
                        I have purchased Godrej Fully Automatic front loading Washing Machine : GFT 700 . I have given a complaint regarding my machine is unable to hold water in his tank on 20.02.10 ( Service Call no : 884069 ). after many follow ups local Representative came on 27.02.10, he was unable to work on front loading machine, so that he was noted the compaint. after that no response from godrej customer care department i again file a complain for the same problem on 03.03.10 ( Service Call no : 885211 ). Again after 100 of follow ups Representative came from mathura service center on 9 march 2010, he find out the problem with main inlet hose pipes. because of this machine is unable to hold water. he took out those faulty pipes with himself and gives us the assurence that he have to send these pipes to mumbai head office, so that this process will take approx 7 days after that he will provide us the solution, we agreed on this condition.
                        after 10 days i have confirmed with godrej customer care deptt and mathura service engineer regarding status of this (service call no : 885211). according to customer care this problem was closed by side of mathura service center. i was surprised that neither i have given any confirmation regarding to close this problem nor any service provided by godrej yet. i again file a problem on 29.04.10 ( Service Call no : 896383 ) on urgent basis. but same status. no support and service provided by godrej service center and customer care deptt.
                        After that company people are telling that they have no spares neither in mathura nor in mumbai head office store to replace it. how it can be possible, godrej a leading compnay who have not spares in head office too. i am suffering with this problem last 3 month, i made 100 of calls and many mails to "[protected]@godrej.com" but no solution is provided by godrej.
                        please do needful.

                        This may the worst service provided by Godrej. We have to keep this in mind while opting Godrej products

                            We had made payment of Rs 171086 to Kumar Enterprises, distributor at Thane for Godrej Interio, for modular kitchen on 14th March 2010. It was written on the memo that the delivery and installation would be done within 4-5 weeks (maximum). Whereas verbally we were told that it will all be done within 4 weeks.

                            The first tranche of material came to our place on 9th of April 2010 (after 27 days) after a lot of follow-up and it has been more than 25 days since then but the installation is not completed. Since then, atleast 7 times some irrelevant and unwanted material has flooded our place and has gone back. All the materials they have used is damaged with dents (i mean it) and the alignment of whatever incomplete structure they have installed is not proper. There is huge and unacceptable gap between the doors of the cabinets. The side panels which we have been billed for is not installed. At some places even the back panel is missing!

                            The people who come for installation come to our place at 4:30 - 5 pm and just install a defective drawer or cabinet and wind-up for the day. At times they come at 1 pm and then sit idle for the whole day saying that they don't have the requisite material. Our kitchen is in-operative since last 4 weeks because of the mess they have created there. Also, since the kitchen work is taking so long we can't shift and have to continue paying rent for old apartment as well.

                            The dealer who had made big big promises that he would himself come for installation is very rude and is not ready to listen to our complaints and says we are lying. The excuse he makes is it has all come from the company.

                            After fighting for our money for days and weeks together, and giving up hope, we even spoke to the Modular Kitchen Sales Head at the company but there seems to be no action from him as well. He was as useless as the dealer himself. He too committed and re-committed and committed again. But none of his commitments were fulfilled. The day we were supposed to get the delivery of the rest of the material and the installation was to be completed, nothing happened. In the evening we get a call saying that they want to come home to do a "stock check". Can you believe this? Despite 2 (TWO) stock checks, we are yet to get the complete material as of today (3rd May 2010). The Modular Kitchen Sales Head neither answers my call nor calls back.

                            First of all they use our money for so many days before delivering the material. After that, the installation takes so much of time that we have to take leave that too at loss of pay. And the end result is incomplete and defective structure not even 50% of what a mediocre kitchen maker would deliver.

                            They have promised us a warranty of 15 years. From our experience, we don't even expect them to serve their promise for 15 days.

                            All we want now is the mess to be removed from our kitchen and refund of amount we have paid.

                                    I am stating the details of the problems we are facing against the items purchased against sales order no. 564377 dated 27th March, 2010 from Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd., Dakshinapan Shopping Complex:

                                    Products Ordered:
                                    1. Julius Dining Table (Mahogany)
                                    2. Stella Chairs 6 pcs (Mahogany)
                                    3. Alice Coffee Table (Cherry)
                                    4. Shoe Cabinet 203M

                                    Net Bill Amount: Rs. 34793

                                    Problems faced:
                                    1. A salesman from the showroom called us on the 10th April, 2010 at 1 pm and confirmed that our entire consignment has reached Kolkata and will be delivered to us as soon as we make the full payment. So we paid the balance amount Rs. 24793 on 12th April, 2010. When the delivery reached us on the 13th April, 2010, even the delivery man claimed that the consignment contains all the products we had ordered. Later when we tallied the items in the invoice cum challan with our order we found that the Julius Dining Table had not been delivered. Neither any salesman from the showroom nor the delivery man bothered to inform us that the consignment had not arrived in full. We are still awaiting delivery of the aforesaid product.

                                    2. The Shoe Cabinet 203M has not been assembled properly, the hinges are extremely noisy, the panels are wobbly. When we contact the showroom the salesmen shrug off any responsibility saying that we need to contact the service centre for the matter. 2 technicians have visited us so far and none could fix the problem. The panels are not aligned properly, the hinges create unpleasant noise when opened. The last technician who visited us claimed that the parts supplied are defective and he would give the requisite feedback at the service center. When we contacted the service centre when the technician did not arrive on 16th April, 2010 as promised they asked us to use the product in the current condition, dubiously assuring us that the product will work fine on prolonged use.

                                    I think godrej is using cheap "all sell and no service" tactics and employing unprofessional and untrained technicians. Also the quality of products offered for the price demanded is highly unsatisfactory.

                                    We refuse to use a defective product despite making full payment.

                                    Hence I recommend better hire a carpenter and give your own designs. At least the few days of discomfort would finally give you a sturdy and lasting product in that case.
                                    Avoid buying from Godrej Interio at all costs.

                                    Dear Sir,I have purchased one dinning table of godrej interior from WARDHAN CORPORATION,The Mall,Shimla HP,INDIA on Dated[protected].The bill No is:4564 Dated 20:07:2009.While receiving the product,I found that the top of the table is defected and put the remarks on the receiving of the bill.The dealer ensured me to replace the same after having the next stock of the item with in short period of time.Around 3 months has been passed but the dealer always extend his assurance to replace the same.Now ,it does not sense healthy to visit ,remind & request again & again to replace the defected top of the table.I request.your goodself to do your best for sensible replacement of the defected top of the table,so that I can remain the customer of Godrej in future also.

                                    I am using your product from last three generation latest I have purchase to Almera wordrove H 1St and 2006 and latest one in[protected] from your dealers at Allahabad. One case memo no. Book. No. & Sl.No. 032 from Hanumat Agencies and one from Jamuna Dealers in your booklet you have mention that all Godrej owner are proud owner but in this case my experience about the manufacharing of your product is humiliating because last week ethicf entered in my house and he broken the handle with break and the handle was broken from the inside part of lock the end of handle on witch Avery lower gases of metal has been quoted on lever handle and the chaira pen has been used by you as lock was working as metal cutter when thief haimar out side of handle witch the break the lock of open I have the photo Graf of handle so kindly check this problem because it’s unrelieved that product of Godrej witch is trusted brand can be failed like this by major technical fault so kindly check my complaint I hope that you will try to do something better for you product and for our trust. I have all case memo save at my end.

                                    I agree I am facing the same problem. They just do not comply with their commitment. Looks like they over-commit and under-deliver. It's repelling considering it's such a big brand name
                                    I had placed an order for modular kitchen furniture in May 2010. It was fitted in my new apartment in July. When we shifted on the 1st of August 2010, we found that one of the shutters was peeling off. After lodging a complaint we were told that the shutter would be replaced in 4 weeks time. After 4 weeks we called them up and were told that it would be replaced in mid October. The end of October came and went and there was no response from the dealer. We complained again and again and till date the shutter has not been replaced as on 11th January 2011. The company has also not given any assurance of when or if at all the shutter will be replaced.

                                    The dealer we placed our order was Rajni & Company, 74A Deshpran Sashmal Road Kolkata 700033. The after sales service of Godrej Interio is extremely abysmal and we are very disappointed and frustrated by their lack of response to our problem, considering that it is such a huge brand.

                                    I had placed a 3 Door Slim- Line cupboard from Godrej Interio VIP road show room, , first we did the full payment of the product, but when it comes to deliver the product they are really slow and the date I mentionedand they also confirmed I waited at homeentire day but no phone call or product was delivered . Lateron I called them up and they told me we are sorry that we won.t be able to deliver, then I told them the next date when I will be available, butt he same thing repeated, finally in third time they delivered the product, now the next problem I asked them to assemble the prodcut .. but every time time they are showing me some excuse and reason for which they won't be able to come and assemble the product . FInally after many phone calls and follow up they will comew on[protected] .. but entire day I am waiting ( today ) but none of them called me up .
                                    I am really unhappy with the service provided by Godrej and I will never buy any thing from godrej .

                                    I had booked a Kreation 500 cupboard with Godrej Interio on 02.11.2012 order no. 281497 and paid entire amount in advance of Rs.27306/- through the dealer at Borivali west(Mumbai) to Godrej store representative Ms. Anju Gill and Mr. Jitendra.

                                    The cupboard parts were delivered to us on 09.11.2012 .We had to make atleast 5-6 calls to there office to send a person to fix the cupboard.
                                    An each time the guy dint turn up on the allotted time. Finally they arrived and they found that one of the parts of the cupboard was defective and one part was missing.They promised to replaced the defective part and bring the missing part and assemble the cupboard soon.

                                    After that day we have made more than 20 calls to Home Decor to follow up with them. The executives attending to the calls give fake promises which are never attended to. Even after continuous reminders to the representatives the parts are not yet been delivered and they are not ready to give any fixed date till which i could expect my cupboard to be assembled.The boxes containing parts of cupboard are lying in my house.

                                    The dealer has been very negligent and careless in providing the product and services to me.Pathetic service i have ever encountered.

                                    I had purchased a meedo 3 door shoe cabinet from Godrej outlet at ranchi about 2months back. One of its cabinets got dislodged as it had not been properly fixed. I had filed a complaint for repair in the customer care as well as contacted the local office at ranchi. My complaint nos are [protected] and [protected]. I have followed up this complaint with the service center several times and E-mails at godrejinterio.com but the fault has not been rectified till date even after a lapse of 25 days of my registering my complaint with your customer care.You are requested to look into the matter for satisfactory resolution of my complaint.
