I purchased a semi-automatic washing machine from Godrej on 27.12.2009. Though from call centre it was promised that the demo will be given on 02.01.2010, they failed and the same had been given on 04.01.2010 after so many follow ups.
The demo was given by Mr. S. S. Ghosh ([protected]) of M/s Rita Refrigeration Works, AB-22, Prafulla Kanan, Kestopur, Kolkata.
At the time of Demo he offered me for a trolley for the machine to move inside the home against Rs. 750/- Then I agreed and paid the amount in full. He confirmed me to deliver the same within 10 days. But finally I received the material on 29.01.2010 i.e. after 25 days! Here is not the end of my misery. After reaching home at night on the same day I discovered the machine is tilting on the trolley, it is not fitting with the trolley.
Since then I am trying to communicate with Mr. Ghosh, but he is not receiving even a single call. The phone no. of M/s Rita Refrigeration Works[protected] is also switched off.

Please help me.

    i have purchased a dvd from godrej authorised dealer in jabalpur now i have been transfer to raipur . my dvd creating problem in power supply .as the appliance was in warranty period i have lodged complain in godrej cutomer care on 19.12.2009
    and sameday i have left my dvd at authorised godrej service centre at raipur (cg). Till today no any satisfactory response i have recieved from the service centre as well as from the companies customer care . I am not enjoying for what i had paid since one and half months
    I purchased Godrej 1.0 Ton AC and had the problem of not cooling in a couple of weeks
    I called the Customer care number and the rep said that there would be a tech coming to the place in 24 - 48 hours
    Its been 2 Weeks that no one has called and responded to the query

      Hi,
      I am another unfortunate Godrej refrigarator buyer. I got some problem in the fridge during September 2009. The engineer came, I paid 350+1250 as visit charge and gas filling charge. The service provider mentioned...

      1. There could be some internal leak in the pipeline which may need to get repaired later on.
      2. I should go for an AMC for the fridge so that my fridge is covered aginst all possible problem anywhere in India. Since I am in tranferable job I agreed and paid for the same.

      Later on OCT end we moved to Mumbai. Now after 3-4 months after the gas has again got problem and I log a complaint to Godrej, and to my surprise I was told...

      1. I have not informed Godrej about my change of home, hence my AMC is void... WHICH IS NO WHERE MENTIONED IN THE AGREEMENT CLAUSE.
      2. Once I argued mentioning the agreement clauses... they agreed for the same, but charged for engineer visit .. rs 350/- .. which was taken forcebly from me saying what ever AMC I may have, first time visit I have to pay 350.
      3. The Engineer visited commented that there are no external damage /leakage and could be internal.
      4. Once they came to service after 10 days, they mentioned I have to pay 1200 for a condensor which is required for internal leakages and not covered under AMC....

      By any means they are trying to fetch the initial money as Gorej has outsourced the serviceing to various companies at various region. And they have to mechanism of distributing the amount what I paid towards AMC. As a result the AMC is getting bound to an Address and a service provider.

      It is a serious breach of trust from a company like Godrej.

      Godrej is an unresponsive, unethical and unprofessional service provider.
      It misrepresents about its services and credentials and thereafter responds in a casual manner.

      It would be better to avoid godrej products

      recently we used godrej customer care to repair our washing machine on
      5/09/2010(as listed in the bill below)
      it has been over a month and a half that our problems which were promised
      to be solved within a day or two ,still remain .
      whenever we tried to contack their customer care help line they promised to send some guy
      to sort out our problem but the guy never came.

      the company took Rs 3088 as the rapir cost of our appliance and yet after 45 days from the
      complaint our problem remain intact.

      Hi Everybody,

      I am Ankur Kakkar from Kanpur, 10 monthes back i purchased a Godrej 1.5 tn window ac.Withein a year it stopped working, when i called thee customer care theey told me theere will be an engineer visit withein 24 hrs, but i want to tell you theat engineer came to my place after 3days from thee day i raised thee complaint and told me theat compressor has a problem, he told me our people take away thee ac and repair it in next two days.After theat no one called me, daily i called to customer care, at last on 3rd day a trolley man came to my place and asked me to carry that AC to his trolley.Trust me after theat also i made sevral calls to customer care to send my AC on time, and when i got it back, i found it noisy and temperature problem.Again i raised thee complaint and today is thee 4the day and thee problem is still unresolved.
      So its a advice to you all that not to purchase any Godrej Product.

        Sub: Complains against your Product & Service

        Sir,
        It is with great agony that I wish to bring your kind notice that I brought a dinning table and 6 chair of your company godrej from your Varanasi dealer “Sri Meghdut and Company, Mehmoorganj. Invoice No. 1-4 Dates: 7-4-2009. I pay him Rs.18861/- for aforesaid product. After two month of purchase all chair become unstable, some screw come out from chair and seat of three chairs come out. I can here a cracking noise while some one sits on chair. I complain to dealer and he commit to send a service person after many day a carpenter type person come he only tight all screw of chair and said that in transportation this type of problem can occur. He ensure us for not arise same problem in future. But his commitment was false with in one month I face same problem with all chairs. I again complain and he repeats same again. Now the two chairs become completely unusable. I complain more then ten times but I not get proper service. It’s the matter of shame for your esteemed organization to have brought such product and Service in market with out proper quality control. I was thought to purchase local made dinning set for use but Dealer guide to buy Godrej product. Now I think that this is totally waste of money, that was wrong decision to buy Godrej Product. Local made furniture are cheaper and durable so why any one buy your poor product. Today’s I never recommend other to buy Godrej Furniture only suggest for buying local made product. I am confident that a reputed concern like that of yours can ill afford to lose your reputation and shell gets the needful done at the earliest. I will feel obliged if you would send yours service person to replaced the mentioned products of yours. Other wise ultimately we will go for consumer court.

          This is regarding my iMint points that were accumulated from the exenditure through my ICICI creditcard. After accumulating 23,100 iMint points, I have redeemed these points and purchased Godrej Microwave oven with model number GMG 20E 08 SLGX (only model available on the iMint site) from the iMint website. However, the product delivered to me with INVOICE Number: 255740, dated Dec 11, 2009 by the iMint vendor, KAVIRAJ HOUSEWARE in Bangalore was 'Godrej Microwave oven with Model number GMX 20G A1 MIZ'.

          Phone number of the vendor 'Kaviraj Houseware' as mentioned in my invoice is[protected] and is NOT an active number. This is atrocious.

          Request you to please help me to get the right model delivered to me.

          Replacement microwave oven delivered to me today (via Bluedart courier) is the same OLD Godrej model 'GMX 20G A1 MIZ - Mirror'. How could IMint deliver the same wrong model to me twice? I waited three months and still the same wrong model is delivered to me again. This is atrocious.

          Requested them to take this model back and deliver the right Microwave Oven model Godrej-'GMG 20E 08 SLGX' that I booked on IMint website.

            I had purchased a Godrel Single Door Freez from Vasani Electronics, Bhiwandi. I want to inform you that Freez that i had bought in not only a Godrej made Freez but it also a CROKREJ PRODUCTION MACHINE that manufactured by GODREJ COMPANY.
            I further want to inform you that i made complaint to customer care many times & twicely company service man visited my home.
            On the Ist complaint your service man cleanup more than 500 Hundred CROKREJ from My GODREJ FREZZE that why i m saying that it is not meerly a FREEZ but it also a CROKROJ MACHINE MADE BY GODREJ COMPANY.

            Further i want to inform that my family may be suffer any HEALTH RELATED PROBLEM anytimedue to use of this CROKROJ MACHINE (Best quality FREEZ IN THE Language of GODREJ COMPANY) and for this Health related problem to me & my family if occur in future than GODREJ COMPANY & its management will be responsible because i complained so many time but GODREJ COMPANY not yet ready for complete replacement of my CROKROJ MODEL FREEZE made by GODREJ COMPANY.

              i had lodged a complaint about my filing cabinet on the 18th of Dec' 09 and i was told it would be fixed the next day as it only needs servicing and no parts to be changed.well as expected they dint turn up even till 21st.so i dropped them a call to enquire the status and i was taken aback by the rather cold and rude response by the manager of an authorized godrej service centre. .i do not mind even if they do not turn up to attend the attend the problem but such rude behaviour to customers is not just done.

                I am purchasing slimline on end of january-2009 from your Park st. Branch kolkata, for my sister,, since july i see rust on side wall of almirah...i just ignored...but rust problem rapidly increased...
                on 4th december i complain ref.no.420420 no complain attend from your site...again on12th december i complain ref.no.420920 still no complain attend....please rectified my problem as early as possible.

                The GODREJ is A reputed company & you must call dealer who can solve your problem without any further delay
                my experence is under I have purchased one filling cabinet for my office purpose after some day the filling cabinet having some drawer problem & I called the local distibutor M/s Kothari G F solapur near pune who is given quick service.
                Now I m satisfied the product.
                So call your dealer
                Godrej is a reputed company? Well even I thought the same till 2 months back, But well Godrej is no longer a reputed company .. Its a Company filled with arrogant crooks... Once they have your money they care a damn for you... There is NO after sales service and NO customer support. I have purchased a Nile recliner for about Rs 16, 000 and just within 7 months the stitching came out and when I tried to lodge a complaint there was no one to address the issue... Finally after several calls and visits they sent their Guy who after examining the recliner said that the upper leather cushion will be replaced free of costs... I asked this guy if I had to pay any cash for his visit and he said NO.. I even offered him Rs 50 so he would get things done fast...but he didn't take it ... Anyway after 5 days I get a call from Godrej and some Rude Arrogant and Stupid Guy who doesn't even know how to talk to customers says that this problem was not covered under warranty since it was an upholstery issue .. (wow stitches coming out is an upholstery issue?) Its just a sign of POOR quality and third grade materials used .. (Godrej probably sources all these Cheap quality stuff from China and sells it under its label)

                This Person further went on to say that I didn't pay the guy who had visited Rs 250 Visiting charges ..that is when I lost it and gave him some piece of my mind .. Telling him that if a person who can buy a product worth Rs16000 would have no problem paying Rs250 visiting charges and also told him that I did offer this guy money which he refused... I further told him that this was not an upholstery issue but an issue of Cheap materials used because of which the stitches had come out in just 6 to 7 months .. I believe this person understood that I wont take this lying down and asked me to contact one Mr Vispy at Vikhroli who was the head of Godrej Interio Dept...

                Anyway Its been 2 months now and still this problem hasnt been taken care of by Godrej, I have finally decided to lodge a Complaint with the consumer court and get this issue settled plus get compensated for 2 months of frustration, Godrej will have to pay a good price for this callous and unethical attitude it has towards its customers.

                So.. Do yourself some favour and dont purchase any Godrej product .. coz you will be completely frustrated because of the quality and the after sales service... Godrej is no longer the Godrej it used to be ... It has completely gone to the DOGS!
                Just dont trust once a company becomes big. You cant fight and you cant take it lying down. More than 30 years of trust for locks, refrigerators, and air conditioners, has been shattered once I started recommending GODREJ INTERIO furniture specially the kitchen cabinets, and slim line wardrobes. Hope their COO an expert in ECR from Godrej and Boyce takes note of this. Finally I would say look skywards and hope things go straight.
                I repeat my comments mentioned above on March 22nd 2011. Even till today the complaints lodged at your Hyderabad showroom are not completely rectified at my site. If this is the plight of a customer with Rs. 10/- lakhs single order and fully paid before delivery, I can imagine the small retail customers. This complaint cell, I feel is surely a waste of time as it appears not to solve any problem because the COO and other top brass of the company just dont care for after sales and throw the blame on the dealers.
                I agree "Its a Company filled with arrogant crooks". These bunch of crooks don't have sense how much to charge on what.. They charged me 1800 Rs for dismentalling my 2 Almirahs along with over head cabinet. They do send me an engineer who is charging 1000 Rs an hour. A man came with hammer and screw drivers and broke all rivets in 15 20 mins and bill was 1800 Rs. You are kidding me!!!.

                Whole reason to buy these costly almirahs was ease of dismentalling and moving as my job needs me to move every other year.

                Sells-man assured me that it does not take more than 250 bugs to dismental and re assemble.. But with 1800 to dismental and I hope I will have to pay more than 3000 to get it fixed again.. Godrej Slimline wardrobe is waste of money..
                there are a lot of negative remarks about Godrej on the net. One retailer was telling me that they opened 7 stores in bangalore in last 10 years. Godrej still has only 2. If this is the attitude no one would be interested in your stuff at all. I liked the Nile recliner displayed at your jayanagar showroom.But i wont buy it cos i feel u wont support ur products. you just lost 23K
                Really shocking ! At least I know that I shouldn't buy Godrej !

                  I Kamal Agarwal residing at Burdwan, West Bengal. I am purchased a Godrej Micro woven from e-mart Burdwan in February' 2009. But after few months my micro woven not working properly. Everytime i book a complain (most probable 6 to 8 times) in Customer Care, there service engineer comes and replace fuse. They do not solve the actual problem. Hence i am unable to use my micro woven for last 3 months. Everytime my micro woven breakdown as soon as there service engineer goes. Even today my micro woven is in Service Centre. I want free replacement of micro woven because there must be some manufacturing defect which they ignore in warranty period.

                  Please also tell me what to do.

                    We bought Godrej 1.2 Window Air Conditioner from NAMASHKAR ENTERPRISES, No41/22, Pammal Main Raod, Muthamizh Nagar, Pammal, Chennai 600 075 on 07/09/09. Bill no: 5669. Installation was not done by Godrej, instead these people installed the AC. While installing, we specifically asked them to show Godrej ID, but they said they forgot, but they are working for Godrej only. After that they did not come for free service, when we called them they said free service cannot be provided. Now Godrej is also not providing free service since installation was not done by them. Now AC is not working properly. Please help us in getting the refund from the shop

                    godrej A.C — service not provided

                    I bought godrej smart care contract on 26.5.2010, valid upto 26.5.2014. I called the company for AC service on 1st April and was told that someone will report within 24 hours. But nobody turned up till 4th of March. 4th April i called up again and was again been assured that service will be provided within 24 hours. I was infact told that there will be no need to call again. Hight of irresponsibility is that no service is given till 6th of April.. I think we have no option left than going to the consumer court. How can this company say that they provide services for better life.

                      i ordered a loker godrej made( cofer with gordian lock) on[protected] for its delivery i was committed a time in written of 02 weeks.i was said to pay entire ammount RS 5545/- cash on the same day of order[protected] by mr iyyer at godrej bhavan sher shah suri marg,new delhi-110065.today its 05 december when i called mr kashi picked up phone and said that ur locker is not ready take another 15 days more.when i ask tht its already 3 days over than ur previous said time.i request him to call mr iyyer,he said he is on leave.i request him tht i need it urgent there is a marriage at my home and i need to keep some valueable n important things in it.but they are not coperating me.

                        I had purchase one Godrej Refrigerator Model GFE 29/2009 in October, 2009, mere 2 months ago. The very next day of its delivery, it was found that the door lock was not functioning properly. Since then many complaints has been lodged with Godrej Service Centre at Bhubaneswar, Orissa as well as through their Toll Free Number. But no action has been taken by Godrej till date. When i asked to their Area Executive at Bhubaneswar, Orissa, only reply is being given that we are trying. If this is situation happens by Godrej for providing after-sales service, being such a reputed company. How consumer will believe in Godrej products.

                          Today on 12.30 pm dated 29.11.2009 , I was standing on Central bus stand Nashik, Maharashtra and waiting for the bus of Dindori district.Now the Bus no.MH20-D-9100 came on same platform which was going to Vani, Saptashrungi gad.which is also covering my destination.But the conductor denied to take passengers inside the bus telling that the Bus will not going to stop @ any stop.It will only stop at final destination. Regarding to his answer I asked to inquiry officer who told me that bus will stop on each n every stop. but at the same time conductor was continuously deniying to take me and othe customers also.
                          hence due to his wrong information many people went out from the bus.might be this is also one of the major reason of getting Sate transport service in Lossses!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                            we received godrej interio office table on behalf of Western railways at Headquarter office, Elec. Dept., Loco Control office in the month of sept.'09. However within 3-months the sliding drawers have started to malfunction due to misalignment.
                            Godrej is a reputed company? Well even I thought the same till 2 months back, But well Godrej is no longer a reputed company .. Its a Company filled with arrogant crooks... Once they have your money they care a damn for you... There is NO after sales service and NO customer support. I have purchased a Nile recliner for about Rs 16, 000 and just within 7 months the stitching came out and when I tried to lodge a complaint there was no one to address the issue... Finally after several calls and visits they sent their Guy who after examining the recliner said that the upper leather cushion will be replaced free of costs... I asked this guy if I had to pay any cash for his visit and he said NO.. I even offered him Rs 50 so he would get things done fast...but he didn't take it ... Anyway after 5 days I get a call from Godrej and some Rude Arrogant and Stupid Guy who doesn't even know how to talk to customers says that this problem was not covered under warranty since it was an upholstery issue .. (wow stitches coming out is an upholstery issue?) Its just a sign of POOR quality and third grade materials used .. (Godrej probably sources all these Cheap quality stuff from China and sells it under its label)

                            This Person further went on to say that I didn't pay the guy who had visited Rs 250 Visiting charges ..that is when I lost it and gave him some piece of my mind .. Telling him that if a person who can buy a product worth Rs16000 would have no problem paying Rs250 visiting charges and also told him that I did offer this guy money which he refused... I further told him that this was not an upholstery issue but an issue of Cheap materials used because of which the stitches had come out in just 6 to 7 months .. I believe this person understood that I wont take this lying down and asked me to contact one Mr Vispy at Vikhroli who was the head of Godrej Interio Dept...

                            Anyway Its been 2 months now and still this problem hasnt been taken care of by Godrej, I have finally decided to lodge a Complaint with the consumer court and get this issue settled plus get compensated for 2 months of frustration, Godrej will have to pay a good price for this callous and unethical attitude it has towards its customers.

                            So.. Do yourself some favour and dont purchase any Godrej product .. coz you will be completely frustrated because of the quality and the after sales service... Godrej is no longer the Godrej it used to be ... It has completely gone to the DOGS!

                              I am having an godrej washing machine.i have taken service contract with Godrej &boyce mfg. co limited since 2004. the latest service contract renewed with cheque no 930861 of ICICI on 06/09/07 for three years. On 04/11/09 i have registered complaint for non working of washing machine against complaint no 618884.

                              Hi sir/Mam,
                              I (Sandhya Thangarangan)have purchased godrej washing machine of type GWF 600FX at viveks T nagar on 8/5/2009 with bill no [protected]. To be frank with using I have hardly used not more than 12 times, even you can check with the technical team .but I faced an issue that the machines gets off automatically and not pumping the water out. So I complaint to the custumer care with374692 complaint number no one get reached us so again I have register a complain with 374703. Latter a service engineer (Mr.Sakthi kumar) will call me and say he will come today and he wont then some how he came to my place after lot of trouble, and intimated me that ‘ Drin Motor to be replaced ‘ also got signature in the voucher.
                              Then he said he will be coming next day to change it but not at all, they we get SMART CARE (service) number[protected] and phoned many times they will promise that they will do it asap, but none done only I wasted my time /energy/money and get tensed .at last a gentleman name Mr.Rajagopalan answered from[protected] and said we will fix it maximum within 1/12/2009 but I didn’t receive ang call or service engineer .
                              So now I should get my things to be done asap or else I am prepared to take this issue to higher end.

                                I am a victim of poor service arrogant attitude of the authorised service centre in Vellore for my Washing machine having AMC.

                                When the body broke I had to pay and get resolved as there is no AMC for plastic and while doing the body set up they damaged the tub and advised for replacing the inner tub which was again not covered by AMC and i have to pay. While setting up the tub, they damaged the meachanical system and advised for replacement. Now since this is covered under AMC they are not serious in replacing the item and not interested maintain their rapport. It is 2 months since our shifting from Bangalore to Vellore, the machine is yet to start functioning. WHY SHOULD WE ALL SELECT GODREJ FORQUALITY PRODUCT AND SERVICE. It is said that they put all chineese spare parts and that is the reason for not getting long service.

                                There was water leakage in my refrigerator, we made complaint in godrej smart care in pune, and the employee was sent to my house for repairing. He checked and advised us to keep the refrigerator OFF for one day. He took his visiting charge Rs 350/- and committed that if it doesn’t work than make a call to him as this visiting charge is valid for 1 month and definitely sort the problem.
                                We did as he suggested but the problem was not sorted. We made a call everyday 3 to 5 times for 1 week continuously but he only tells that I will come today or tomorrow ad after that he doesn’t receives our call.

                                  I bought a Godrej EON 282 litres Refrigerator from Shyam Lal & Company, Sadar Bazar, Delhi Cantt, New Delhi-110010 on 24 Sep 09. I was given a scratch card of Alladin. As per wish No - 3 there is an assured gift. However on enquiry from the shop they have informed that an additional amount will have to be paid to get the assured gift. Then what is meant by an assured gift. It should have been said a discount would be given rather than a gift. Is Godrej making a fool of the public. Even the customer care didn't know about scheme / offer. I did try to get the exact details from the persons whose email details were available on the Godrej's official web site but they never bothered to reply back even after I have written that I would represent this matter to the consumer court. Their emails are <[protected]@godrej.com>,<[protected]@godrej.com>,<[protected]@go... That copy was forwarded to Godrej's email <[protected]@godrej.com>.

                                    I had booked a Balze coffee Table Brand Godrej on 05.10.2009 order no. 1719 dated 05.10.2009 and had paid advance of Rs.3000/- through the dealer at Dehradun - Home Decor Enterprises. I was promised by the representative that the table would be delivered before 17.10.2009.

                                    I have made more than 50 calls to Home Decor. The executives attending to the calls give fake promises which are never attended to. Even after continuous reminders to the representatives the table has not yet been delivered and I have been by the dealer that the delivery of the table would not be possible in the 30 days also. The dealer has been very negligent and careless in provding the product and services to me. They are not even ready to refund my advance.

                                    This company Godrej Interio should be closed by a court order as the company and its dealers are cheating the consumers/customers.

                                    Godrej double bed — Poor quality of service

                                    I have recently moved to Gurgaon and called upon Godrej Service Centre to assemble my Godrej double bed (wrought iron). I had to wait for nearly 10 days before they could come. Within 2 days of their fixing the bed, it was loose all over and shaking. I called them again and their response was we will charge you again! I must say, this is the worst customer service one can provide! My complaint number is 521618 dated 19 Sept 09. I also spoke to their Manager but of no use.

                                    Godrej — regarding refund of money

                                    This to inform you that I MAHESH LOHIA purchased a refrigerator from your salesman SAIKAT CHATTERJEE with the exchange of old one.He told us that our AMC money of the old refrigerator would be refunded in 15 days from date of purchase ,the purchase was effected on 03.09.2009.We are being informed that we would receive our money in next few days for last 5 months but we are yet to receive our money,if we do not receive our AMC money in the next 7 days we would be bound to take legal actions against u . So please kindly look into the matter

                                    Godrej Interio — post purchase complaints

                                    There are two complaints regarding the post purchase service of Godrej interio,Govind- marg,Jawahar nagar,Jaipur,Rajasthan, mentioned below:

                                    1. We purchased one study table on 16th june 2010 but till date we didnt recieve the table and we always got the responsance that table is reaching in next few days in all telephonically conversations till date.(this table is booked in jaipur for sriganganagar,rajasthan).
                                    2. On 16th June 2010 we purchased one Dining table also and the complaint is :
                                    On 21/06/10,i got my dining table installed and on 23/06/10 my one chair got broken from the joint,on 27/06/10 my second chair broke from backrest leg and on 28/06/10 one major voice came from third chair. I did the complaint to showroom here they told me that inspection will be done for the same and company replace the damaged chairs,inspection done in first week of July 2010.Now out of Six,Three chairs of my dining table got damage in the period of 6 days of instalation.So plz do the needful & please REFUND me the paid cost of chairs immediately, I DONT NEED ANY REPLACEMENT,plz take back the chairs from my residence after REFUND.For the refund i do the required formalities.

                                    These above mentioned conversations are going from last week of June 2010 to till date,but i didnt get the RESOLUTION.
                                    We are not satisfied from the company services,
                                    I had booked a godrej slim line series cupboard on July 22,2010 from a dealer in Dhapodi, pune. I talked to one Geeta madam , and as per the conversation, i gave an advance of Rs.5000. I was told that i would get the delivery within 2 weeks. Within these 2 weeks, there was no communication and then after 2 weeks, when i contacted them, they told me that it will take 2 more weeks and told me that i would get it by 22 Aug. Then again, till the time of writing this complaint, no one has contacted. From last few days, I have been trying to get hold of some one, but no one either picks up the call or if the receptionist picks up, she keeps saying that someone will be contacting. This is really frustrating , that even after one month, i am still to get even a call from the dealer, forget about getting my wardrobe delivered.
                                    Its really a shame to see that such a brand name called Godrej is being devaluled by the dealer.
                                    Anyways, i am planning to get my money back as early as possible and will try not to buy any godrej consumer durables in future.

                                    Godrej Interio — Non delivery of product

                                    I had booked folding red chairs along with various other items. (bill no. 18818 dated 30/06/2010) and had paid full price through the dealer at Jaipur - Godrej Interio. It was promised that the products would be delivered till 10 days . All items were delivered but the folding chairs costing Rs13986/- have not been delivered even after two months.
                                    I have made many calls to Godrej Interio Jaipur in this respect. But only fake promises have been made.
                                    Either I want the chairs by the earliest or the money back. Due action is requested.

                                    I purchased a Kreation 3 door wardrobe, Fiona queen bed and Fiona Dressing table on 27th october 2011 from Godrej Interio Andheri (west) Amboli, Mumbai. The experience related to Delivery of products is very bad. First the fiona bed and dressing table was to be delivered on 5th november 2011 but was delivered on 17th Nov 2011 after so many follow ups. At the time of assembly of wardrobe I came to know that, wrong color was delivered even after clearly mentioning it to the salesmen at the time of order. the new delivery came after 15 days and that to with scratch on the door. Again after 3 weeks the delivery came and after 4 days the godrej assembly team came to assemble the wardrobe against their promise of assembling in 48 hours of delivery.Thank God So at last on 19th dec 2011 our Kreation wardrobe was ready to use...

                                    I am not at all satisfied with the service . I request the concerned Godrej authority to look into the matter that the customer should get prompt and good service.
                                    I recently bought a Godrej cot (Morpheus Bed - Rs.20, 000/-) and bunker bed (Bunk Bed - Deuce: Rs. 20, 000/-) at the Godrej retail outlet Ashwini Enterprise in Nerul, Navimumbai. I had ordered for the items on 5th Aug'12. They said they will deliver the items in 4 days. On 7th Aug they delivered an old bunker bed with lot of scratches. We asked them to take the item back. We received a call from the retail outlet saying that we have placed order for a damaged piece with a discount. I never placed for any discounted damaged product.

My money is with them and I am waiting for some one to atleast respond.

                                    I had purchased a 3 door alimirah from Godrej Interio on 13.09.12, but till now I am not able to use the Almirah.
                                    The mirror has been replace 3 times till now. I have not yet received the proper mirror (undamaged) required to be fitted.

                                    I had complained in the customer care from which I had received the phone no. of Mr. Subrajoyti ([protected]). When I called him last week he assured me that the mirror will be delivered by last week. But still I am to received any mirror.
                                    I have bought one dressing table from godrej, They didn't assemble the mirror in table saying that company has not sent fixing screws. Since ast three months the screws have not arrived and they are now not picking phone. They also didn't reply to my mails. NEVER BUY GODREJ.

                                    Address (Salt Lake GN-30, sec V Kol 91)


                                    Deliver goods Door size is not matching as per Invoice (as per
                                    Invoice 450+900+450 size but deliver 400+800+400 size)


                                    Moreover my wife raised this concern also, but technician
                                    replied don’t compare on size etc. unfortunately, I was there at Dubai at the
                                    time of assemble.


                                    We have raised the concern everywhere Service center, store
                                    room, show room, Dealer etc. they all are not entertaining my problem and
                                    instead they are replying as go to Top level, we will not be able to help you.


                                    I am surprising Godrej a biggest brand in the Market, how
                                    can they do such bluff master activity as Order big size 450 and deliver 400
                                    size. And after complaining even no body is entertaining. Is it a Government
                                    Job they are doing, where for entertainment they are accepting some money?


                                    Note that I have
                                    purchased the same product on 18.08.2013 vide 220130 confirmation no 220130 and
                                    Door of Almirah size(Length and Width both ) is bigger then what I received on
                                    18.06.2015.
                                    I had bought a Godrej Leo dinning table and rose chairs from your Rajkot Godrej outlet. I had made the purchase on 7th December 2016.

                                    It was priced at 48, 340 INR. I had got information that there are discount running which is 11% assured and a scratch card of minimum 5%. I was not availed a scratch card they directly availed a 5%. At that point in time I was not aware about this scheme.
                                    After discount I was charged 41, 800 wherein when enquired here in Ahmedabad its priced at 40, 606. I was told the I can only avail the discount on base price. This was a fake excuse which I came to know today out of Ahmedabad outlet.
                                    Every chair had is imbalanced and table has scracthes. When bought I was told that warrenty is such that I would get service within 48 hours. When I registered the complain I was told that whenever the technician is visting there they will attend the issue. This is already more than 48 hours right now. When I finally called upto the dealer he said it may take around a week.
                                    I was told that delivery charges from Ahmedabad to my location which is around 270 kms will charged at 1500 INR by Ahmedabad Godrej outlet. The Rajkot guys charged me 1500 for 30 kms.

                                    This is what I had been through.
                                    i debasish chowdhury booked a 3 doors almirah on 15.10.16. for Rs55000/-App. at Godrej Show room 2, Gariahat Rd. Kol- 700068. dakhinapan shopping complex, it was delivered after 45 days on DEC. technician visited our house and opened the sealed pack and found two doors in deformed /. broken condition however they assembled the Almirah with the broken doors and assured us they will replace the same within short period . but till date neither any replacement nor any response received from M/s godrej &Co .I am surprising Godrej a biggest brand in the Market, how can they supply a broken Almirah, they resorted to bluff master activity.

                                      I had bought a Zurina King Size bed from Godrej Interio at Kolkata in the month of Feb'08. The bed was found defective and was swelling on all sides. On my repeated request & follow-up, Godrej has replaced the bed in the month of Sep'08.

                                      Now, again after 12-13 months, two sides of that replaced bed are swelling and the bed is now not suitable for use. When I have requested Godrej representative to change the same, they have told that the entire cost is to be paid by me as only one month has been passed after one year.

                                      As it is completely a manufacturing defect, Godrej should change the bed free of cost. I am lodging a complaint so that I get the defective parts of my bed replaced free of cost.

                                        I have purchased Godrej washing machine in 2005 and I understand some complaint in my first usage. and I report this to the service person and they taken four months to repair the same.

                                        Last month I faced the same complaint and I reported to customer care and received complaint No:784102. Alwaye Service person (Kerala) came and they informed me that warranty is over and they will charge 350/- as service charge (They asked me the amount at that time, I refused and decided to pay only after repair) and they need two days to replace the complaint part ("Pulsator") Now it is two weeks and yesterday (5/10) I called Customer care and they commit me before 5pm they will repair the same. But I am sorry to say that this is a clear cut cheating from Godrej. They must check the quality of goods they sold under their brand. Why we suffer.
