We have purchased 2 wardrobes in godrej interio garia showrooms .the lock is not working in both of them since purchase.please resolve.

I have booked Godrej interio modular kitchen and after paying the complete
Money finding myself helpless as the work is still pending.Details are as under.
1) Modular Kitchen booked on 12/6/21as on 5/9/21 86 Days over should have been completed by 35 days

I have also found that service head of Godrej modular kitchen was not able to resolve the problem as required.
As a common customer my only goal is to get the job done but l am forced to go through these bitter experience and learn in every step, still unknown.

I have purchased a almirah model no: slide and store 1350w from gudrej battala (Agartala, Tripura) showroom.
They could not set up the almirah at my room. There are so many gap in the door when it close. Cockroaches entered in almira through the gaps of door.

Kindly send the knowledgable man to set the almirah again or change the same.

Totally waste my money not set the kitchen according to measurement unmeasured box and unfinished kitchen

Dear Godrej interior,
This is the second complaint from our side. Our three seater sofa’s left side is defaced. The arm rest is removed from the sofa. Sofa is under warranty period.The sofa was not usable condition from last two months.

Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

I bought a lounger sofa 3 years back and realized that the fabric used in the sofa is not of good quality matching the price. I paid around a lac of Rupees for that sofa. For a sofa costing One Lac we expect the foam also to sustain its strength for 5 years. The foam used in the sofa is pathetic and the fabric cover used is terrible. I raised a complaint to change the fabric and Foam, I got a quotation of whopping Rs 30k with a labour charge of 12k change. The dealer who sent me this quote is some JK Enterprise from Vikhroli E in Mumbai. I was shell shocked to see the quote. Someone would buy a nice wooden sofa for that price demanded by the Godrej dealer. I am yet to recover from the shock of seeing the quote received from the dealer.

Had I known this earlier I would have never purchased anything like this. We always thought Godrej is a trust worthy brand and maintenance cost would not be as exhorbitant as this. I am shattered by this and do know know what to do with this junk sofa now.

Instalaition is not properly all doors and cabinet is very loose

Model novice chair's back site frame joint broken. Submitted a complain at local interio service center(Bilash Enterprise, PIN 732101, Malda) of your reputed company on 13/08/2021 but till date no response.

Gidgrej almirah is not installed properly and need to realignment ..its peddles are removed automatically.

I have bought one strorewell almirah from your Dakhinapan showroom, Kolkata on 29.7.21.
My call number is 437984.
2 screws are missing from the beginning.
I have repeatedly contacted showroom and service centre.
Till date (12.8.21 ) no action has been taken.
I don't know how long I'll have to wait....

I have purchased recliner dated 20 Oct 19.but last 6 month recliner outer layer automatically damaging.i think product quality is not good.
I hope company authority will solve problems.

I have purchased slimline 3 door locker +2 dwr body dated 21 0ct 19.But door locker problem started within 3 month.local dealer send machenic but he couldn't solve problems.
I hope my problem will solve.

This is Dr.Ninad Rangnekar...had installed godrej interior kitchen at my new house on March 2021 which was unacceptable to me and had returned a table for which I was assured refund of money.
Mr kumar and Mrs pranali Naik of godrej kitchen (vikhroli, mumbai) were involved in transaction. Not recieved a single penny yet

I brought moduler kitchen cabinet from godrej interio patna in 2018 but till date the cabinet was not configured properly and one fruit basket was damaged and replacement also I received damaged product
After multiple escalation to the showroom the issue has not been resolved.
Kindly look into the issue and do the needful

We bought the sofa in october 2020 but the sofa cloth has worn off . Also the alignment is an issue

Our dining table chairs were spoiled. So we raised a complaint where we had purchased. He kept a replacmnt with another chairs and orderd the new ones but till now they were not received. Its been 8 months we are suffering from this issue. No one is lifting their calls...

I visited Godrej Interio, Ashley Hall, Dehradun Yesterday. I booked three items, Slim and Slide almira Pro, Study table and Chair. The store representative told me about discounts on these products and I paid accordingly. After coming home I checked the same on Godrej Interio website and found that the Godrej Store Dehradun has mentioned the costs at more than MRP and then applied some discount. How can they charge more than MRP. It definitely comes under fraud that you increase the MRP value and then offer discount so that customer will think they purchased it in discount but it is not in reality.
Kindly look into the matter and revert back the extra amount taken in this regard. Otherwise I will bound to complain to Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Govt of India.

Lock of the locker has been displaced - need to fix the same

Godrej Interio are cheats and frauds. Do not go for Godrej Interio Modular Kitchen at all from Axis Mall store. We spent more than 3 lakhs on our modular kitchen, with Marine Plywood(their highest range variant), within few months the entire setup puffed up and started to disintegrate. The nails got rusted, the drawers came off and the handles are all loose and rusty. Even after 7 months of continuous calling and going to their store for literally begging to rectify and mend the things, there has been no response. The sales executive who cheated us is Mr Satyajit Mondal, now after our complaints he just refuses to pick up our calls. Can you imagine spending 3 lakhs and getting absolute trash? Local brands are much better than Godrej Interio. DON'T TRUST THEM. WE WILL TAKE STRONG LEGAL ACTION AGAINST GODREJ INTERIO FOR THE CONTINUOUS HARASSMENT WE HAD TO FACE.

Godrej aer purifier is not working. When we on purifier nothing it do.
