Dear Sir,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the recent order placed on Godrej Interio Store (C/o- M/s Sunirman, 69, James Long Sarani, P.O- Joka, P.S.- Haridevpur, Kolkata-700014, West Bengal). I am extremely disappointed with both the incorrect materials supplied and the significant delay in delivery.
As per my order details (Invoice attached for your ready reference), I had requested specific materials. However, upon delivery, I found that the items supplied do not match the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase. This has caused considerable inconvenience and has affected my ongoing work.
In addition to the incorrect supply, the delivery itself was delayed beyond the committed timeline without any prior notification or proper communication. Such service falls short of the standards expected from a reputed company like Godrej.
I request you to kindly look into this matter on priority and arrange for:
1. Immediate replacement of the incorrect materials with the correct items.
2. An explanation for the delay in delivery.
3. Assurance that such issues will not occur in future.
I expect a prompt resolution to this issue. Please treat this matter as urgent.
