I have purchased a wardrobe Slide N Store Pro Tex. model bearing No.30161803SD00344 from your dealer SANVI FURNITURE & FURNISHING ( a Franchise of Godrej Interio) at:
Plot No.126-A, Rupali Street, Saheed Nagar Bhubaneswar
Vide Invoice No.SF/SN/25-26/391 dated 05/09/2025.
a) The packets (4 nos.) containing the above article was delivered to my residence on 06/09/2025.
b) The technician visited my residence on 08/09/2025 for installation of the cupboard. It was observed that the channels for fixing the drawers were available only for left side drawer. Thus the right side drawer could not be fixed and the technician left the job incomplete.
c) I contacted customer service team of Godrej Interio at Bhubaneswar and the personnel of the dealer. Non of them are inclined to give me a solution within a time frame.
When I tried to contact the Customer Service Team, no body gives any response/ resolution. Whether the customer has no other work other than making follow up with the service providers.
Is it a sin to purchase a product from Godrej?
Please take up the matter with the Company for early resolution of the issue
