My oder ORDER ID :[protected] | Auraline Women Basic 2-Door Steel Almirah (Matte Walnut) has not delivered on yesterday due to lack of willingness of the delivery person namely Mr. Joy Halder and coordinating office staff Mr. Babai Das.

We all are aware that delivery of Almirah is not an easy task but Godrej is the trusted brand with lot of professional who may took the call.

I have personally called both the delivery guy and the Office Person.

The Delivery person is very arrogant and he told that " why you have not booked another one which is deliver by parts " and his suggestion was to cut the iron reeling besides the stairs.

He had literally forced to write due to narrow space the same could not be delivered.

Please treat the matter as an escalation.

Please arrange my refund asap.
