The product was ordered on may 16, 2020, with an order id [protected], however, even after a month of waiting the product is no where near being shipped. On contacting the company the standard reply is that they are unable to track the order because of some technical glitch.

    Company gave me 15 year warranty on rusting as mentioned in the bill. My kitchen got rusted in 5 years and when i claimed replacement then they clearly denied. What kind of service they have? Why they gave 15 years warranty then? Is godrej really concerned about their customers?
    Its been more than 6 months from the date of complaint and no resolution has been given till date.

          I have made an order [protected] on Godrej interio online website of which 1 item was supposed to be delivered yesterday but it did not. Moreover there wasn't any kind of intimation from them reg the delay. I tried to call there customer care number and dropped a mail but no response. I thought of cancelling the order but they didn't even have that option of cancelling. After many attempts one of the customer service representative responded in there chat bot. When I asked them to cancel and refund. They said it will take min 48 hours and max God knows how many months( I see a lot of complaints that they don't respond after the payment, some are older than 6 months with no resolution). When I asked them to provide a cancellation request number for future reference again no response.
          I kindly request the responsible team to please take appropriate action and refund my amount asap.

                Dear sir/madam,

                We have bought godrej wardrobe-h1 from authorised godrej interio authorised wholesale dealer, classic enterprises at ghatkoper (W.) mumbai. Invoice no. 2019/20/611 dated 12th november 2019.
                After used of 5 months the wardrobe door is not opening and closing smoothly. We have to give little bit force to close the door.

                    I am writing this complaint to bring to your information that we have 3 centurion almirahs. We had a recent theft in which we lost a very huge amount. All the doors of the almirahs were easily broken and the safe doors were removed. We were dependant on the security of the cupboards and the strength of the almirahs. But they were easily breakable.
                    Also we had godrej locks which were easily chopped off.
                    I am attaching the pictures for your reference.
                    I would request you to come for inspection of the same with photographers.
                    Also help me with the needful.

                      I have purchased a slide n store almirah from godrej show room and the same was delivered on 17.01.20 and fixed on 18.01.20. On the same day i had asked the technician for additional two shelves. Subsequently i had booked for the same vide call no. N[protected] on 04-03-20. Technician called me and asked me to deposit the amount. When i asked for the details for sending money he gave his personal account details. While buying the almirah the dealer had quoted rs.680.00 but the technician is quoting rs. 1000.00 per piece. Again i contacted toll free number on 09.03.20 with all these details. They had told me that would come back with details but did not do. I this the type of service godrej interio provides? Kindly revert.

                        Sorry to say, totally disheartened to see, lack of followings
                        1. Almirah not stable after putting cloths, before, it was stable.
                        2. No logo or sign of godrej anywhere in the product seen
                        3. Lock not working smoothly.
                        4. About 1 cm gap between top roof, where side sheet bents on right side
                        5. Not understandable the two different order code for one piece.
                        Already informed local dealer, who may send technician by sunday.

                        I purchased wooden box bed with other items on October 2018 on condition that these will be installed on May 2019. But after 9 months use of the Wooden box bed the lamited portion has been damaged. I complained but the technician demand the total repairing cost. I am not agree and told him if I have to pay then why shoul I attend you.

                          I installed a kitchen 3 years back as i m told that godrej modular kitchen comes with 5 year warranty. Now my kitchen cabinet doors are in a pathetic condition as the lamination is uncovering and the alignments are totally out.                             This is bhupesh gupta from hyderabad, i have given complaint regarding we got two different keys for my wardrobe, i received message as "* godrej sms * technician - hyderabad-expr off sol-loganathan will be attending your call - y[protected] on 10/02/2020".

                            The technician not visited my house till now, he called me and i provided key details and images on whatsapp.

                            After provide images and information, he confirmed keys will reach to my address in two days, but still now no action taken place.

                            Please resolve my issue as early as possible.

                              The door of the newly purchased metal wardrobe does not closes perfectly, gap remains between the door and the body of the wardrobe. Insects, lizards may get inside the wardrobe through the gap. The installation personnel tried their best to make it right but all of their efforts went in vain. They advised to lodge a complain so that the company may provide some solution or replace the product.

                                I had purchased the locker on feb 5th. Upon installation, the technician had found that one part of the locker was missing. Till date i have not been informed of any updates. I had called the shop today and no one is aware of details. They state they sent a mail and are yet to get a response. What is the use of the checklist? How can a part go missing. How long do we need to wait to even start using the locker? Is this the way to provide service to customers.

                                  I am customer of godrej interior. My name is subhalaxmi ghosh dutta. I have purchased a sofa set 26th jan 2020. Sofa set has been delivered 28th jan 2020. But problem is when delivery guy came in my home to deliver the product, it was too heavy to moving in 1st floor. I was not available in my home, my mother in law was present in that time. Then delivery guy advised to my mother in law we have removed the cartoon and move it to 1st floor. Then delivery guy called some from godrej and he/she advise him take my mother in law signature and remove the cartoon. Then they moved the product 1st floor. After few days two guys came to my home to setup the sofa. I have requested to then could please set up the sofa to my bedroom, because in my drawing has limited space for set up the sofa. But those guys said no we will not moving this product in your bedroom. Then they set up the sofa. But did not checked properly if any area got damaged or not. After they left me and my husband moved the sofa to my bedroom and we saw there is one area damaged. I have called customer service raisd a service request to fix it up. Those guys who was setup the sofa, they came again and said we damaged this. There said we will inform company. Then some from godrej called me and said you have to pay 3000 rs to fix it. And you damaged this sofa. My question is i really like this sofa. But why customer (Me) blame to damage it? If delivery guys removed the cartoon delivery the product nobody checked properly in that it was damaged or not. What they did, took signature 67 years old lady (Mother in law) to be in safe side its not there fault if product get damaged? This is not upto the mark from a good brand like a godrej.

                                  I am having Godrej kitchen at home. The door attachment of dust bin has broken. Even the drawer aliment is also disturbed. No one came in 3-4 years fir any type of service. The door of one compartment has hanged down. The nut bolt of whole kichen are to be repaired . The scarting under the kitchen almirah are out.

                                    We have bought godrej super magnum wardrobe on 6/02/19 from authorised godrej interio outlet, national furniture store at andul, west bengal. Invoice no.- 328, ref no.- god/18-19/971. Several parts of the drawer were missing and one door was damaged. After several visits from the company side, these issues are not yet fixed. Every time they sent parts that are not required or can not be fitted appropriately. They told us that this delay has been occurred due to the change of manager who used to look after our problem. Nowadays the contacting person has stopped responding on our phone calls. We are approaching towards the end of warranty period.
                                    Hence we want our problem to be solved as soon as possible as we have waited patiently for almost a year. If you are unable to do so please refund the money.

                                      I had made payment for the kitchen work in the month of june 2019 to anagha home solutions for godrej interio kitchen and the kitchen was delivered to me early august 2019. One of the cabinet shutters was of a completely wrong colour.

                                      Anagha home solutions could not tell me when the work would get done. Even after repeated follow ups, their response remained that they would have it replaced once they get the cabinet shutter from head office but there was no fixed time on when this would happen. It was finally completed only in jan 2020.

                                      I missed out on several months of rent as the work was incomplete. I am truly disappointed with lack of efficiency in a company with such a brand name. I hope someone from the company can get in touch with me.

                                        We purchased a three door slimline blend cubborad with mirror and dressing from chennai anu etage. The mirror door id not fitted properly and not closing.
