Godrej Interio — Service Issue: Incomplete Installation of Godrej Interio Furniture

Address: Vikhroli, Mumbai

I purchased a wardrobe on 17th Oct'25 and during installation the following issues were identified:
1. Damaged mirror.
2. Damaged door handle.
3. Locker and door alignment problems (Service technicians visited three times, but the issue remains unresolved) .
4. Small dent on the door edge (noticed during the technician alignment visit).
It has now been near about 2 months without any update on the pending mirror and door replacement, and repeated communication lapses have occurred.
