I had purchased last year which has stopped working now. I Don't know the reason. its regulator is having friction. its key hole has been rotated clockwise and key doesn't come out from its original position.

We have purchased 5 set of godrej handal lock model no-neh-06 8" 7117 on[protected] from sumit enterprises gurgaon-122001. On[protected] one piece of these handle locks got stuck badly. This handle did not open lock even after carpainter's millions attempts.After which it had to be compelled to cut it.This is a question mark on company product.. Please replace it...Otherwise i will put this matter in consumer court.

I had requested Godrej Customer Care for purchase of duplicate key against my Godrej Ultra XL+ Tribolt lock . They provided me the contact no. of Mr. Purna Pradhan (M- [protected]). I had contacted Mr. Purna and he informed me to come to his location at 4:30pm of 26th April 2021 but he did not came till 6:30pm. I had called him at that location 3-4 times. Every time he assured to reach within 5minutes but did not came. Lastly, he switched off his mobile. Again I contacted your customer care and they provide me a ticket no. W[protected] but I found same is closed without taking any action by Godrej lock service.

I bought and fitted a godrej ultra xl plus vertibolt before 1.5 yrs to day the part where we incert the key damaged(without any force from our side) and not able to lock it now .i called in customer care number at 12.05 pm and informed the subject and the customer care people said me that they will call back but no response yet( up to 11 pm).pls give me a solution ASAP.I never expect these types of respose from a company like Godrej

I bought twin bolt lock and was assured of free installation from the shop as well as from the Godrej customer care. But after booking several appointments through customer care for installation of lock, the technician refused to visit and install. I have contacted customer care regarding this issue but it was of no use as they only keep repeating same thing that they are looking into the matter and will resolve it.
I only want it should be installed or should not fool customers of false promises.

My godrej tribolt lock was not opening from outside and it's been not more than 4 months and I called customer care they tell me to pay the repair cost . Why do I have to pay the repair cost when my product is under warranty. This is against the policies and installation was done by the godrej executive.

Description : Godrej lock installation guys forced us to give csn number by saying they will give the service card. only if we give csn number.
And pretty rude behavior by the installation guys.
After taking completing the installation they do not even listen to you .

very poor customer service overall .

I purchased a lock on 6 dec 2020, on Thursday on 1 dec a technician arrived for installation and informed the lock has some fault. He took the lock to service center and today on 12 dec he again came and tried installing but failed and stated that the lock is still faulty. He has taken the lock with him again. I called the customer care from my registered no. [protected] and miss Seema shelar talked very arrogantly. No customer care talks in such a misbehaving manner. The lock should be replaced and there is no point of repair as I have purchased a new lock.
