I have applied for part time home based job in quikr and i got a call before 10days they said we have online data entry job without investment and they said u hv to fill 100 forms per day & within 10 days u hv to complete 1000 forms and for that they will pay 20000 for me and i accepted & they asked me to register on their website and i have registered after that they gave me login i'd and password i have started working but all the forms were same and i have been trying to get in touch with customer care executive bt it was switched off and after 10 days they are asking me to pay maintenance and utility charges for this company and i have not completed my work within time so we have registered case against u for not completing ur work video watching so u hv to pay in court i'm very much afraid of this calls and emails pls help me, working company website serveyff.in by (Prime solution).

मेरा गोदरेज का फ्रीज है जो मेंने अप्रैल 2016में खरीदा था जो अभी दस साल की वॉरंटी पीरेट्स में है, उसकी गैस कूलिंग बंद गई थी और बाद में फ्रीज बंद हो गया था तो मैंने 27 अगस्त को कंपनी के कस्टूमर केयर पर कॉल करके अपने नंबर [protected] से रिक्वैस्ट दर्ज की थी उसके बाद में मेरे पास विनोद नाम के इंजीनियर की [protected] से कॉल आई, उसने 31 अगस्त को मेरे घर आकर मेरा फ्रीज ठीक किया उसने फ्रीज़ का सैंसर डाला, गैस भरी और सर्विस चार्ज के साथ मुझसे 2250 रूपये लिये और एक बिल बनाकर दिया और बिल में लिखकर दिया कि अगर फ्रीज़ में 3 महीने से पहले यही खराबी आती है तो उसे दोबारा कॉल करके बुलाया जा सकता है, मेरा फ्रीज़ में 5 दिन बाद ही 5 सितंबर को दोबारा वही प्रॉबलम हो गई, मैने उस इंजीनियर विनोद को उसके नंबर [protected] पर कॉल की 6 सितंबर को उसने पहले सोमवार को आने को कहा फिर बुद्धवार को और बाद फोन उठाना बंद कर दिया, जिसकी वजह से मेरा फ्रीज़ अभी भी ज्यों का त्यों खराब है मेरे 2250 रूपये भी गये और इतनी गर्मी में मुझे 1 हफ्ते से परेशानी उठानी पड़ रही है, मैं चाहता हूँ उस विनोद इंजीनियर को चेतावनी और जुर्माना से पनिस्ड किया जाये और मेरे फ्रीज़ में हुयी खराबी को जल्द से जल्द ठीक किया जाये

Kuch din pehle uc solutions company se mujhe call kiya tha aur unhone mujhe job ke bare main pucha toh mujhe job ki zarorat thi toh main job karungi karke bola tha uske bad unhone mera adhar card ka no bhejne ko bola toh main de diya uske bad unlogo ne ek document send kiya ki agar maine 10 days ke andar unka kam nhi kiya toh mujhe legal procedure main dal denge uske bad maine google kiya toh dekha yeh ek fraud compnay hai bht logo ko ese karke unko blackmail kar rhe hai toh maine unka jo bhi email id aur no the block kar diya aur abhi woh log mujhe roj roj msg aur mail main legal action lenge bolke mentally harrass kar rhe hai... Main ek student hu money ke karon mujhe job karna tha aur aab woh ruj mujhe mentally torture kar rhe hai... Plz mujhe hlp kijiye plz hlp me... Pehle bhi maine complaint kiya tha par uska resolve nhi hua plz plz hlp me plz sir... Plz hlp

My e-bio safe is spoilt and even after 4 visits from godrej the problem has still not been reolved.
I have bought the safe from vijay sales mumbai (Opera house branch).

Please replace my safe as its still not rectified. I have used the safe only 5 times and the sensor and systems gets spoilt. This is absolutly not acceptable.

I have called up godrej and spoken to them and they are taking this very lightly and keep me hanging by saying we will send someone after 2 days with the parts etc. Now i will not wait any further.

I have bought the safe from youll so youll please replace my safe right away. Youll can speak to godrej and rectify or wtv youll need to do.

I have been a good customer to youll and after this kind of service i dont think i am ever going to buy anything from youll henseforth.

A customer buys something from youll and then its the customers head ach if the product gets spoilt??? He has to contact the company?

Since last two months locker under repairing and no response received from local vendor (Jaipur) not responsible.

Call no j[protected] lodged by us to break open the locker no 517 due to key no 563 lost by customeron dated 22/10/2018, that was attended on 24/10/2018.

The locker no 517 break open and lock was carried with himself by dinesh meena for repairing for lock. All the payments dd rs5150/- delivered to vender at the same time by customer.

Till now their no response received for lock. Customer escalate the matter because he is already paid the charges of locker break open. And why he is suffer for last two months

Local representative mr. Vijay is totally irresponsible and he is not worried for customer service, he is also not attend the call

My godrej lock installation (Ticket no 373028) is not done yet after one week of complain and several customer care call.
I have returned my 80, 000₹ godrej product due to this creepy, bad, worst service.
Company is no more trustfull and worthful, they are ruining their prestige by poor service and the competeter definitely get benefit from this.

Payment for invoice no.37p/11003737 dated 13.10.2018 has been done twice in your account against one bill number please arrange for reversal of bill amount : rs 7516.

Attached is the bank statement of account and bill scan image also.

Payment of rs.7516/- was done through icici bank ltd mp nagar zone ii bhopal branch also through dd number : 508358. Dated :[protected] where as payment of rs.7307.21 (Net to tds amount) was also credited in your icici bank a/c no.[protected] on 05.01.2018. Now our icici mp nagar branch is in regular follow-up with the godrej & boyce team (Mr. Subhash, bhopal-mp) but we are not getting any response.

You are requested to please check and help to arrange the refund of the excess amount of rs.7516

Hi team,

On 8th march oneassist consumer solutions pvt. Ltd deducted rs.1, 386.27 from my credit card. Card no ending with 9193. My hdfc customer care told me that its a membership charge i have pay but i haven't any knowledge about that. Its an unauthorized transaction from my card.

Kindly cancel my membership if any and process refund. Other wise we will move toward legal process against your company.

There is the problem in lock. The lever makes clicking noise. The worst incident happened with us is that we could not open the door on 18 mar 2018 since we tried a lot. It was 1 am in night and no key maker was available. We actually had to break the door as i have attached the photos for your information.

Even after breaking particular area of my door to unlock the latch, it was not opening. We were pissed up the godrej lock purchased earlier. The lock problem was also noticed earlier to call centre once but no action was taken.

I am very disappointed with the lock i got.

I have faced a problem with my cylindrical lock. When i called customer care they said the visit was chargeable rs 100 with g. S. T tax!!! Although my lock damaged within 1 yrs warranty periods. Customer care says it's visit was chargeable but repair not. But there is no such warranty conditions.
Why godrej company make fool to customers.
If they not give warranty service fully that's why i complaint further to consumer forum for this cheating with warranty service. Make a legal step with godrej company such a renowned company does not give customers satisfaction about 1 yrs.

Worst experience working here. Accuracy shld be 100% else we will not get proper amount. 2000 forms each form needs atleast 10 mins. Totally we shld invest between 10 to 12 hrs on it. You will have to work continuously 24 days if you have missed out any single days then you will not be able to complete the project on time so that you will not get payment & registration fee as well.in demo classes they will not tell complete details.in the training you will be knowing what is it exactly. But you can not do anything on that time since you have already paid registration fee. If you are professional type writer then you can go for it else plz dnt do this mistake as i did. These people will tell its very easy but its not true. Waste of time as well as energy. Kindly don't trust dese ppl n pay money n lose ur money. Please do not waste your money. This is my experience. Now decision is yours. Thanks

I purchased a 2c tribolt main door lock from thahir hardware,
Devaraja mudali street, chennai on 25.3.08 which was fixed by one of your technicians. From day one the lock started giving out problems though minor one like slippage while trying to open the lock. Since this was a minor one we represented to the retailer who said it is a teething problem and will set in. We put up with the nuisance all along. But on 10.7.2017 we got locked...

I am completely fedup of doing followup with Local Godrej Installation center and have gone through enough mental harassment.

If godrej still remains mute on this, I will be left no option but to look at legal options of charging the customer without making delivery and installation.

This is Santosh, contact number is[protected] reference ticket number is 582348. This is to bring your notice that your lock installation technician from M/S RR Services ([protected]) has spoiled my main door wall.

Bought Godrej lock to make my new house more beautiful (as it is my dream house) but now it looks weird as shown in attached image.

While installing the lock person from Godrej didn't advise what needs to be done, he would have advise us to go for other look which is suitable for that particular area.

if he would have suggested some idea then we would have go for other lock. **This is not mistake of shop keeper, mistake is from installation person.

Now, as you can see in picture it damaged my main door frame which is very eye catchy and spoiled look of the door.

Else, he can fix in center so that we may do something.
I did not like the service and like you to take an action and provide resolution.

I have purchase security locker from Godrej (Brand Taurus) because of the name and paying premium for the brand thinking that it will be long lasting. The price I paid for Taurus was Rs 6, 500. It was really unfortunate that my decision was wrong. I purchase the locker in end of 2014. The locker failed to work because of electronic problem in Mar-16 and authorized service center of Godrej repaired on 14.3.16 by changing rotar and charged me Rs 1, 600 (which is 25% of purchase cost). Again the same problem started in Jan-17 (Problem is after entering password and pressing #, the locker keeps open and doesn’t close). When I contacted Godrej service center and complain that it was electronic problem which Godrej has to rectify which they refused. It means again I will have to pay for repair of Rs 1, 500 approx. When point the same to service center, they don’t have any answer and told to speak to authorized service center. Every year spending such amount will make no sense but to change the locker.
I had purchase Godrej locker thinking of quality and value for money but it seems the time has changed and Godrej quality is similar to local or Chinese products quality. In such case better to go for local made or chinses products rather than paying price for low quality.

Will request if you can repurchase the locker and let me know what you can pay, or repair the same at free of cost since it has electronic issue.

I am very disturbed by the behaviour of your lock installation tecnician mr. Amir ansari of m/s, home care centre, mira road mob. No. [protected], who had come to install the godrej ultra twin bolt lock purchased by me dtd. 17.12.16. He was very untidy and unprofessional in his job and on my telling him to behave otherwise i shall lodge in a complaint against him, he plainly asked me to go ahead and complain. I immidiately called up the tollfree no. To lodge a complaint against him where i was given mob. No. Of service manager mr. Prasad khot mob. No.[protected]. I have made several calls on this no. But mr. Khot has not picked my call, instead responded saying he is busy and shall call back later. Today has been 3 days but no call recieved. Maybe the technician had an idea about this response to me by the manager, that is why he was not afraid of the complaint.
I am quite surprised by this un professional behaviour from persons representing your reputed company. This if not tackeled properly will surely bring bad name to tour company.

Hoping for a desirable solution to my this complaint.

I purchased 3 vdps for my home last year in october. Recently i have been facing problems like static, voice breaking, the call button not responding when pressed etc. I called customer service on 12th september to log a complaint (D[protected]) but no body has visited my place to resolve the problem. To top it, when i received a call from one of their branches, the way their representative spoke on the phone : "let me tell you beforehand that our technician will only touch the vdp if you pay upfront" was not appreciated.

I received messages with the details of the technician but when i called at the number in the message, the technician said that he has no information about my complaint. I was promised that the technician will absolutely come on 28th but again the day passed and no one visited. I wrote to the email address provided on their website for complaints but no body has bothered to respond. This is very disappointing and pathetic customer service. I'll never buy a godrej product again nor would advice anyone to buy it

I have purchased a godrej tribolt door lock and it is under warranty. Recently the key got struck in the lock and could not be opened. Finally the key was broken and half of the key was struck inside. We brought a duplicate key maker who said the piece cannot be removed. As we had no other choice we had to break open a godrej 7 levers lock from the grills gate and also backside door lock. After entering the house from the back door the key maker dismantled the lock and removed the broken piece from the front side of the lock in his work shop.
Later on he tried to fit back the lock. But it was not possible because the person who installed the lock did not use proper screws (2). The key maker was helpless and left my house.
In the bargain i lost my 7 levers godrej lock, back door lock and another rs.1, 000-00 paid to the keymaker. Totally the inferior qualitytribolt key made me spent about 6 to 7 thousand.
Later on i contacted godrej company, and they sent a mechanic who took the lock to the workshop and got the fitted to my door. It is working fine.
I sent a letter to godrej co. Explaining the things and requested them to issue a duplicate key and also compensate me at least with a
Sum of rs. 4000/-. The company has refused my request.
