Past 11 days my main door lock is not working. No. Of times I have contacted customer care and n no. Of mails but haven't received any help. Such worst service by godrej is not expected. Now I m searching email id of Adi Godrej . At least he should respond.
Godrej is pathetic. Total harassment by them. Don't purchase anything in future from godrej....

The dealer had told me that the company person will come to install the lock . You just have to call the customer care. But when i called your representative said the area is not in our service area.
Now i am stood in a situation the dealer is also not giving a proper answer.

Recently bought a Godrej cylindrical lock (product code 5329/ LKYPDC527). The feature on label says "Easy push button facility for locking from inside". After installation, came to realize that this lock always locks from inside and need a key to open it from outside.
