Godrej Locking Solutions & Systems — e-bio safe | |
My e-bio safe is spoilt and even after 4 visits from godrej the problem has still not been reolved. I have bought the safe from vijay sales mumbai (Opera house branch). Please replace my safe as its still not rectified. I have used the safe only 5 times and the sensor and systems gets spoilt. This is absolutly not acceptable. I have called up godrej and spoken to them and they are taking this very lightly and keep me hanging by saying we will send someone after 2 days with the parts etc. Now i will not wait any further. I have bought the safe from youll so youll please replace my safe right away. Youll can speak to godrej and rectify or wtv youll need to do. I have been a good customer to youll and after this kind of service i dont think i am ever going to buy anything from youll henseforth. A customer buys something from youll and then its the customers head ach if the product gets spoilt??? He has to contact the company? This not what the service ive paid for.
