[Resolved] Godrej Locking Solutions & Systems — Lock not working | |||
Please note I had purchased a Godrej Cylindrical Silver Keyless Lock vide Shopclues Order ID: [protected] and dispatched on 13-Feb-2016. The lock isn't working since 1 week. The technician is not responding to calls when approached nor the Customer support executive Mr.Swapnil is referring that technician's visit will be chargeable. The product is under warranty and has to be repaired Free of Charge, then why there should be additional charges levied!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
