Godrej Locking Solutions & Systems — Video door phone | |||||
I had purchased a Video Door Phone ST 4.3 from Amazon on 10th January, and it said I will be getting a free installation. Even after regular follow up and request with godrej and Amazon helpline numbers, i am always guided with another number to talk to and register my complaint. I have done this 4 times but still no action has been taken to send a person to my house to get the VDP installed and my house is literally lying without any lock. This is sheer ignorance of customers and needs to be taken care of as we have paid and bought the product doesnt mean we have to keep running behind them for service which is to be done anyway.
