Godrej Modular Kitchen — delay in installation

My modular kitchen booking reference with; -Ambience Enterprises- Husaingunj, Lucknow; "Project : GOD-0286/LYT-001".I booked it in Nov. 2014.and made the full payment when dealer received the kitchen, because I was told that it is their terms &condition. Till date kitchen is not installed due to platform height, regarding this I sent 3 mails to Godrej head office.but no response I got. The day I asked for the booking of kitchen immediate call I received.but now I have paid for it ;head office is silent about it.they are not bothered what their dealers are doing.sent mail is copied below: Your query given below.
