I placed an order on apr 7, 2020 for delivery of essentials on time slot of thursday, apr 9, 202p at between 11 a. M to 1pm. Order id: 1957195. The bill amount was paid and deducted via paytm upi of rs 862. My bank account has been debited for rs.862.00 on 07-apr-20 with the upi ref no[protected].
At first, their app showed 'payment not received' despite money getting deducted from my bank account. After i raised the issue on twitter, they accepted and confirmed payment as being received and order in process.
It is now apr 12th and i still have not received refund or any correspondence regarding the same. They refuse to respond on twitter (They are actively reading my messages asking for refund) and none of their contact numbers are reachable. They don't correspond via email either.
This is a level of open cheating and intentional deception that i have never seen all my life. I want refund of my money immediately.
