I had placed order with Natures Basket on 28th Feb 2021 for potatoes and Tomatoes.. Had received defective item .. Raised Compliant immediately.. They sent the store guy to pick the item back but still I didn’t hear from them.. Premium store delivering spoiled vegetables clearly indicates lack customer centric approach.. They casual approach on customer experience need to be punished
