I had placed order with Natures Basket on 28th Feb 2021 for potatoes and Tomatoes.. Had received defective item .. Raised Compliant immediately.. They sent the store guy to pick the item back but still I didn’t hear from them.. Premium store delivering spoiled vegetables clearly indicates lack customer centric approach.. They casual approach on customer experience need to be punished...

We ordered for fruits attached is the order 22 june. I have 1.7year old daughter for whom i ordered bunch of fruits.

Firstly a bunch of the ordered fruits was canceled & all of them were bad. Bananas were single single given as if were as if we got it for free.

The only reason we trust natures basket is for quality of that is not sustainable & consist its a huge shame.

I was ok with it given the vivid 19 situation everywhere. I placed order on 22nd april 2020 at 9 am and they confirmed that order will be delivered on the same day and at 10am order was packet and ready for pick up, i was waiting for all the day and called customer support no for many times and they have provided contact no of store which no one has ever recevied. I had placed an order from godrej nb app in which the app does not work proper while selecting the delivery date its just blank and i phoned the customer care and nobody seems to bother to lift the line and listen to the query and in what way are y'all showing concern for the people during lockdown and it's a shame such a big company as godrej do not attend to the customer needs...

Hi i was a regular customer of GNB but now i have moved to MK retails and other brands only becoz i found Pork have been fried and served in the store and smell of the pork fried during Ramzaan is the least thing.i request all the muslim not to visit the GNB unless and until they stop to serve and fry the pork( SUWAR KA GOSH) in the store Haraam

Today i visited godrej nature’s basket at hiranandani meadows. Horrible experience at the cash counter. Shreyas and ghaazi did all that they could to over charge me, give me the wrong 30% discount on products marked 50% discount, argue with me, give me less change back. Pathetic. Wasted 15 to 20 minuets at the cash counter to bill only 2 items. I think it’s like cheating a customer of his time and patience on billing by untrained staff....

I went to Nature's basket Powai store on 1st July 2018. I bought some apples, pears, plums etc. All of them looked fresh from outside but each single fruit was rotten from inside. I stay in Andheri so couldn't go back to the store to exchange. I ordered 1 kg of pears from
Nature’s basket and received 6 pears. Out of these 6, 4 were completely rotten. I complained to nature’s basket about this on their website and recived a mail asking photographs of rotten pears. I shared pics of these rotten things. After which i received a message saying i get rs 40 credit for these rotten pears. Just to clarify... Obj. Was to see the deliverable of this company as the name and brand has high value and it caters to up-market with expensive product value.
