Godrej Natures Basket — Refund not received

I placed an order through nature's basket app on May 14th 2020. The order was confirmed and was to be delivered the next day, but was cancelled by them without and prior notice.. I was ok with it given the vivid 19 situation everywhere. So when I called them regarding the refund, they said it has been initiated from their end and that the money would reflect within 10-15 days. I waited. On the 16th day I had to call them again as I had not recieved the money. They did not pick the call. I have been trying to reach them since, but my call is never answered. I have not gotten any reply non the mails that I have written to them as well.
