I had raised the below query earlier; however, I have not received any response from the concerned person so far.

The absence of a clarification raises serious concerns regarding the manner in which direct investments appear to be routed through a channel partner. It appears that this arrangement may be providing an unwarranted commercial advantage to the business partner, despite the investment originating directly from the investor to the Godrej.

The matter goes beyond merely misleading investors. It may also result in incorrect representation to the company and could potentially raise concerns relating to corporate governance, transparency, and ethical conduct expected from employees and business associates.

I will request for the detailed investigation in this matter.

I would appreciate a prompt response so that the matter can be properly understood and addressed.
