[Resolved]  Godrej Properties — Miss communication Token amount refund

Hi team,

My name is Sheetal Pandey and I am writing this complaint to get refund of rupees 180345/-.

I went to visit the Godrej Upavan in Kalyan, Junction, off Mumbai - Nashik Expressway, Samata Nagar, Sainath Nagar, Themghar, Thane, Maharashtra 421308, where the sales team showed us the Godrej Upavan. I was with my family and we liked the flats.

However we were not 100% sure on the decision to buy the flat. We asked for some time from the sales team.

However the sales team showed us some posters that price is going to rise from tomorrow and said you need to book the flat unit today only in order to get advantage of the lower price.

We were totally confused but the sales team rushed us to make the payment at that time only and said that this amount is refundable. I made a payment of rupees 180345/-.

Due to miss communication with sales team, we decided to cancel the booking in next 2 days. We informed the sales team that we need to cancel the booking and do not want to go ahead with purchase and agreement.

Sales team is ignoring us they not taking importants.
