[Resolved]  Godrej Properties — Hillscape at the Highlands, Mumbai

Paid a token for a property. Unfortunately due to breach of communication I had to cancel the deal. They added 7lakhs extra to the total sale value, after I paid the token to Godrej.
Before the token payment was made, the sale price was 56 Lakhs approx, and after payment it was 63 Lakhs approx.
I have records of the entire communication with the sales team (Samava Chakroborty, Mayur Rupanavar) in Godrej Highlands, Panvel.
Mayur even confirmed that the refund is processed on 18th Dec 2023, but the money is still not in my bank account.
