Godrej Properties — EOI not refunded 10% for Godrej Royale woods

Flat no 1504 Godrej royale woods.I have made a payment of Rs 3, 77, 100/ on[protected] as EOI as there was a dispute between the technical team of the builder and the banker there was interest charged on the same by the builder after the DD was prepared as there was no fault from the banker, they denied paying the interest and the deal was dint go through. Neither I received the EOI till date. When I spoke to the relationship manager, he says my money will not be refunded instead paying my money asked me to cancel the agreement on the same. Please help me refund my money back to the credit card or the bankers will issue a legal notice. Idris Ahmed [protected]
