[Resolved]  Godrej Properties — Godrej 24 - Unnecessarily not allowing flat inspection

Hello,
I am a unit holder of Godrej24 - a project in Bangalore Sarjapur Road. I have made 90% of the payment and the builder has also raised the invoice for the last 10%, however they are deliberately not allowing me to visit their site. I am not being allowed to even inspect the flat before making the final payment.

On top of that, the relationship managers of the project - Sneha Thakuri and Junaid Ahmed have switched off their phones and are not even responding to messages/texts. They are deliberately harassing the customers. I have reached out to them through every possible channel and yet they are unresponsive.
Their representatives are least bothered to even respond. How can I make a full payment even before having an inspection of my flat - I have no way of checking whether everything that they have promised is delivered or not.

Furthermore, I tried reaching out to Godrej properties through their contactUs page's feedback form - but once they got to know that, they have disabled the feedback form as well (Check - https://www.godrejproperties.com/contactus/feedback ).
This is pure harassment from their end - and none of them seem to be accountable at the least.

They are arbitrarily changing their site verification policies - earlier they had promised that they will allow a site visit after raising the final invoice - now they have gone back on their own words. In short, they want me to make the full and final payment to them without even inspecting the site once. They are claiming that they have completed the works - but I need to verify the claims from my end, and for some weird reason they are not allowing that. This seems extremely fishy on their end,
