Hi,

I have paid token of rupees 1 Lakh to Mr. Dwarkesh pandey.
He has confirmed if we do not like the property next day, amount will be returned within 10 days. now Dwarkesh is saying go via rera or consumer forum, I have not signed any single paper with Godrej properties, I just provided token amount for the flat.

It is hard earned money and I am stressed and angry that sales lied to me, suddenly he says we wont return the money or come via rera then we will see.

DO NOT FALL FOR GODREJ PROPERTIES, IT IS SHAM TO CHEAT YOU,

SALES & MARKETING TAKES YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY, MAKING PROMISES THAT IF YOU DONT LIKE IT NEXT DAY THEY WILL RETURN IN 10 WORKING DAYS, WITHOUT ANY PAPERWORK AND HOLD IT ILLEGALLY AND HOLDING IT NOW MORE THAN 20 DAYS.

Fake promise and scamming is the GODREJ PROPERTIES.

No Response on mails or telephone calls.
