Hi,

I had purchased a flat with Godrej Nest Sector 150 Noida on Dated 23 March 2022 of value 11000000. Mr. Sahil is my relationship Manager . I had paid the
5% booking payment and the unit allotted to me is A2 901 .I have the mail for the same.

My next payment date is 23 rd April 2022 as per the application, so i called my relationship manager Mr. Sahil to send me the demand letter to do the payment on time . But he tell me a different story, he informed me that your approval has not come so your allotment may be canceled and he informed me about my allotment or cancellation after some period of time.

This is really frustrating, why you had not informed this thing during the time of booking. He is not providing me a clear picture nor I am not receiving any payment or demand Letter.

Godrej, please help me to clear the situation and follow up with the person
to provide confirmation of the unit and send the demand letter for the next Payment.
Further, I have all the mail and whats app communication for the necessary records.

Godrej, Mr Sahil has informed me that he needs approval for sending the next payment.Further he has informed me that your unit can be canceled if approval not come.Please clear the picture on the same.

It is almost 10 days of rasing the request, but no response as of now . Please help me out as a well-reputed brand, I have great trust in you. I hope that you will provide my flat and send me the next demand letter.
