[Resolved]  Godrej Properties — Incomplete work at time of handover

I have booked a property in Godrej Azure chennai - jade tower in Feb 2022. During the time of handover we have observed few issues which were not rectified by the construction team with the cracks in the living area and outer portion of the flat where the access to private terrace area was closed by wall due to pipeline is not fixed properly. Also in our dedicated parking area, there is an unclosed manhole chamber kept open for several months which made difficult to park our car. We have raised this issue for more than 10 months now and still not resolution from the construction team. Also people from the maintenance team is accessing the common water pipeline from our master bedroom Toilet window which impacts the privacy. We have so far observed many instances when people want to fix water issues people are accessing our master bedroom toilet area to fix issues. When raised with godrej construction team, they are either non responsive or arrogant mentioning this property is designed as such and we should not have bought the property and said to escalate the matter to whom ever we want to but they will not do anything. Need resolution on this matter as no action is made yet.

Greetings!

1.The manhole cover in car park comes under commercial area and it does not comes under our purview.
2.Association’s Maintenance team accessing common water pipeline for periodical maintenance is not in our purview and customer has to take it up with the Association.
3.Internal complaints have been already shared to operations team for rectification and shall be closed at the earliest

1. I do not agree with point 1 that car park comes under commercial zone and then how its alloted by godrej during purchase of flat. When it's allotted during purchase of flat it still comes under preview of Godrej as part of sale agreement as it is also handovered during possession. Why there is a false commitment from Godrej that issue will be rectified if it does not comes under their purview.
