Godrej Properties limited GPL has delayed possession of Pincrest towers at Godrej Garden City for more than 2 years. Original scheduled delivery was Feb 2015 as per agreement. Their possession dates keep changing each month and their customer service is just non existent. Anyone who is thinking of buying any property with these guys need to think twice. You need to adequately compensate buyers for the delay in possession. There is a delay of 24+ months in the possession. Your senior management is the least bothered and you are not even willing to provide contact details of your Directors..
You would have committed dates more than a dozen times and provided some fllimsical excuse or the other to justify the delays.. sometimes it is rains, at times it is your contractor, etc...
Please mature and own up responsibility for delays...
