Hi,
I have purchased a flat in Godrej.Diring the sale they had promised me and my friend (referral) bonus vouchers upto 2 % ( 1 % each ) which amounts to 1 lac each.but my friend has got only 50k worth voucher and myself didnt get any vouchers.Many customers like me are facing this issue in this property alone.im sure any standard company will be handling such accounts in a proper way.Either the customers are not being paid or the people in the middle are swindling the money via channel partner reasons or some other routes.Enquiries and investigations should be done on their transactions and income.this is a very high level scam and several people involved in this from Godrej at various levels.serious actions should be taken against them once findings are out.Please do the needful.

Delay in Possession
Godrej Properties limited GPL has delayed possession of Pincrest towers at Godrej Garden City for more than 2 years. Original scheduled delivery was Feb 2015 as per agreement.
Their possession dates keep changing each month and their customer service is just non existent.
Anyone who is thinking of buying any property with these guys need to think twice.

You need to adequately compensate buyers for the delay in possession. There is a delay of 24+ months in the possession. Your senior management is the least bothered and you are not even willing to provide contact details of your Directors..
You would have committed dates more than a dozen times and provided some fllimsical excuse or the other to justify the delays.. sometimes it is rains, at times it is your contractor, etc...
Please mature and own up responsibility for delays...
