[Resolved] Godrej Properties — monetary loss by following jll/ggcs written instructions and different policy for different flats | |||
My flat is pinecrest a-104. I have terrace flat for which i was given verbal approval at the time of flat booking by sales person. When i started building shed fm team stopped it by given written notice that ' built shed only with provided design, do not built any permanent structure and requesting to adhere to the provided design and create structure which is based on that design only. So i followed them and sent back by taking a loss of inr 20000. (50000 worth of material were brought in to built the shed, but to follow instructions i had to cancel the deal with vendor and took up loss of 20000 inr which i paid as advance). After a month of denial i observed that other team member of other block with terrace started building the shed with totally opposite design also with brick construction on terrace. I immediately brought same in to notice with jll and ggc representatives - total 8 people but nobody cared to reply. After a week that construction progressed to completion stage. Same shed design i proposed earlier for which i sent all materials back. When i spoke with head - jll mr. Paras he denied me to give written confirmation to built the same design shed which i requested earlier and which other flat owner already built it. So i find no policy is there and if so it is not equal for every flat owners. Being a sincere follower of written instructions i had to bear inr 20000 by following jll's instructions. First image is what jll send earlier. Second, third and fourth are other flat owner already built the shed by making brick, using iron rods and galvenized steel. I was denied this design earlier for which What can i do now. Verbally they are telling me to start the shed design of my choice but not giving me any written approval and apology.
