I am a buyer in 2 properties of Godrej Properties 1. Tranquil @Kandivli 2. Vihaa @ Badlapur I also referred a lcustoner lead for Vihaa and the deal was signed in very short time. But, after the deal was signed, I was communicated that referral benefits can not be passed on to me because some broker had already claimed the deal. PLESSE NOTE THAT THE SAME IS UNTRUE SINCE ALL THE EVIDENCES OF CLAIM ARE IN MY FAVOUR. I have written several mails to leadership, but no response / acknowledgement from a single person...
