[Resolved]  Godrej Properties — Refund of token money not processed

Hi Godrej Team,

I gave a token amount of Rs. 50000 on 30th Jan 2022 for a 1BHK apartment at 'Godrej Sky Greens Manjari, Pune.

The money was transferred via online payment with credit card.

However I have requested for cancellation on 1st Feb 2022.

Booking details are as below-
order no - 41309
token no - W40

As per the refund policy the said amount should have been credited within 15 days. But I have not got the refund yet.

I have called the sales manager, Rohit Joshi, many times but during last one month I am getting answer that your amount will hit your account today or in 1 or 2 days. Now he is not picking my calls since last week but when he picks he says he is busy.

I am requesting you to refund the amount as soon as possible.

I have booked a 2 bhk flat in godrej park retreat with a booking amount of Rs 100000. Due to medical emergency we have dropped the plan and the sales team said the amount is refundable. We have booked the flat on April first week and there is nk response from the sales representative. We tried calling from another number and the sales representative Meghal Bharghav took the phone and all of a sudden he said the amount is not refundable.
We want our money back as promised else will be moving forward legally by submitting all call recordings.
