Godrej Propoerties Customer support team is terrible, inexperienced and well traind to dodge customer grievances. The so called Customer Ralation Managers assigned to Godrej customers openly tell on phone that they are overloaded and it will take time to send documents and recipts to customers. Even after reminding on one to one basis, thay tell that it will take about 15 days to send documents/recipts but actually they send it after at least after one to one and half month later. Getting a signed letter require another round of chasing. When you ask then to escalate the issue to higher level if they are not able to address the issue, they refuse to provided details of head of Customer relation Manager and insist that a customer can only raise his/her grievance through the Godrej mobile app/online website. Even deand notices are being issued on the last day of payment becoming due and late payment penalty is imposed on the delay in payment Which is being calculated by online system.
