Godrej Properties — vendor payment harassment by godrej properties

I am a vendor with Godrej properties for facility services at Godrej Prana Pune. The accounts department and project head and personnel are harassing by not clearing bills for 4 months.
The project site has a horrendous accounting procedures with no accountability. The project head Lokhande is irresponsible, accountant Anup potdar has skills of excuses and runs away when payments are to be done. Sudhakar and other executives misplace the bills They delay and harass vendors after work is finished at the time of payments under different excuses.
Inhuman treatment is also meted out to labourers females and vendors where humans are made to climb up and down 12 floors for work. No lift facility is provided inspite of having sufficient infrastructure.
