godrejsmartcare.com — AC Not working since installation

I had purchased one Godrej Split AC 1.0 Ton Model No- GSC12FG5WNG with Sl No of Indoor unit [protected] and outdoor unit no- [protected], on 21/3/2015 from Electronic Solution, Nachan Road Durgapur Benachity West Bengal, and which has been installed on 21/03/2015 afternoon. But since installation it is found that the ACis not working properly and not getting cool. The indoor unit is also not properly fitted with the wall. There ia a gap in between the wall unit and the wall. I am fan of Godrej and has many products of Godrej appliances, but this time i am getting a bad notion from the company. It is my earnest request to take the necessary steps as this time when i am writing this letter to you feeling very tired and the AC is not at all working.
