Goibibo.com — Charging more amount than the displayed EMI | |||
When you make a transaction with Goibibo, they have a EMI option only with Citibank and when you click on it - it says no processing fees and mentions the amount/month. Customer will think that Goibibo has done a tie up with Citibank and there are no processing fees. But when you credit card statement generates, you get the right figures(I mean with 12% interest). They have modified the iOS app now and showing 12% interest but website still doesn't show the same. I will stop goibibo from now and also advice my friends no to do the same. I have to pay 12% of 40000. Also I will advise my friends not to use the same site. Please find the screenshot attached. Was this information helpful? | |||
