Goibibo.com — did not get refund for an aborted booking | |||
I was booking an return ticket on 23rd January 2014. The return ticket did not got confirmed with the following message >> the flight and fare selected by you got expired by the time you reached the confirmation page. Therefore, we have >> aborted your booking and the full amount is being processed from our end. >> >> We would like to inform you that the refund would be processed from our end within 48 Hrs and would reflect in >> your bank account in 5-7 working days depending on your bank. >> Apologies for the inconvenience caused. I haven't yet received the full refund of the booking I have made multiple calls and have written email but still no goibibo is not refunding my money.
