Goibibo.com — Have not received my refund back for the flight ticket cancelled

I have booked a ticket for Air India through Goibibo.com on Jan. 17, 2015. But Unfortunately I had to cancel it on 14th Feb, 2015. Also I had received a cancellation confirmation mail from goibibo informing me that the amount will be refunded in 5-7 days. But it has been a month and after writing 3 mails, I have not received the amount.
