Goibibo.com — Travelling in GOIBBO Buses are NOT safe for Ladies

Hi All, Below is the email I wrote to GOIBIBO - to: management goibibo date: Thu, Jul 3, 2014 at 6:29 PM subject: Re: Complain of Bus Journey mailed-by: gmail.com Will you again say this is happening first time in your operations? 1). Booked a bus ticket as shown below: Booking ID – GOBUSMOB7370e[protected] PNR- XES4FX 2). My wife and 4 year old kid was travelling alone due to some emergencies: 2). When they entered in the bus somebody else was sitting on the booked seat(1st and 2nd number seat) 3). when we asked about this to the operator they said madam you can sit on the other sit seat 3rd and 4th numbers by mistake this ticket number 1st and 2nd is booked 2 times due to online transaction failures Please note there is no prior notification from bus operator side directly to the travelers 4). after their request my wife shifted to other seat which was 3rd and 4th number 5). In shridi somebody came in midnight and asked is very bad manner saying 3 and 4 number seats are booked on our name, they were shouted like anything on my wife and fighting like a tow market 7). My wife was afraid and she called me and I agreed her to be calm and shift to the given seat that seat number was 5th and 6th number which was one of the worst seat and not even safer. My Question are: 1). How to booked same seat to two different person? 2). If this is happened from bus operator side, did not they informed you about this change? 3). Should not this be prior inform to the passenger who is travelling? 4). Does not highways are safe for travel in nights for ladies and kids? Please reply so that I can logged further complaints . Please note that we have already revert to you that as per the operator they have given the same seats to you hence the operator has not agreed process the refund.

For further clarification, we shall request you to get in touch with the bus operator accordingly.

Goibibo — not refunding

I booked a ticket in Sharma travels pvt ltd from Tirupur to Bangalore on 15th may, they took money from my account but the ticket was not booked and till now the money was not refunded.

Refund of Amount

I have cancelled the bus ticket on 25th March 2015, but still the amount is not refunded. There is no option to talk with customer care person also. PNR No : DEOB47085 and booking ID is GOBUSf[protected].

GOIBIBO CHEATERS THEY SHOULD BE BAN

NOT REFUNDING MONEY OF MY CANCELLED AIRLINE TICKET...WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER...
