[Resolved] Goibibo — made payment for hotel at kota through goibibo, hotel management refuse room. | |||
My self satadal ballav my e-mail id - [protected]@rediffmail.com, booked hotel through goibibi on 5th april to 6th april at kota kanha palace and the bokking id is htl488myps and hotel bokking id is [protected] for an amount of 4550.0 rs for 03 rooms, but when i reached the t hotel. Hotel management denied room stating they have withdrawn the online booking with goibibo and we were denied room and have to book another room with much difficulty. But we are trying to contact goibibo for refund, we are unable to contact them. Untill today the taking booking for that hotel. Kindly help us to get the refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
