Goibibo — No full refund for the flights during pandemic and no direct communication with goibibo for the refund details | |||
I had booked to and fro tickets from Bengaluru-bali (Air Asia and malindo air) in the month january 2020 for April-May 2020(covid times) for 2 people. Tried contacting goibibo multiple times through call but nothing would connect. They don't talk to customers at all. They just have automatic reply to chat with Gia(bot) which is o[censored]tter waste and I did not get any correct info about the refund. I have raised multiple complaints and recently got refund of around 15.5k out of 45k. They are not telling me anything about the rest of the refund. No contact nothing.
