Goibibo — Ticket rescheduling | |||
I already booked return tickets via goibibo, sometime on feb 2020. The flight was due on april 2020, but due to covid situation, all domestic flights were cancelled or postponed. That time i tried to contact goibibo, but since they were not responding (Via e-mail/twitter/phone), i reached out directly to the airlines, and requested them to re-schedule the ticket. The airline (Airasia) did honour my request and did a re-schedule later some time in 2020. And i got the ticket as well - this was completed in april 2020. Surprisingly when i looked at the ticket - i saw it has a different route, and when i contacted airaisa they said the ticket has already been cancelled and refunded to goibibo. I did not get any notifications from them, regarding this new update. However, as i tried to book a new set of tickets (Based on the credit note of last ticket), i saw that there's no airasia flight from goibibo site for the month of october 2020, whereas other travel aggregators do have regular flights! On reaching out to goibio on twitter, they did not even reply. I need some help to get this resolved - best if i can book some other flights without paying extra on the same timelines, that i had earlier.
