[Resolved] GoIndiGo Airlines — refund of my money

I have miss my flight at 18th feb 18 from mumbai domestic airport to delhi via raipur. My pnr is sbucyc and returning flight was at 27th feb 18 from delhi to mumbai via nagpur. So my total coast was 14, 000. While i missed my flight one of the employees of indigo tell me that all money was not returnable. So i am requesting you that please return my money, i am from middle class person doing job. Please i am requesting.
