Hii...i bought 1.5 liters of Gokul full fat milk n heated it immediately after bringing it home but the whole milk was spoiled n shopkeeper dint bother to change it n told us to complain it to customer care

Purchased Gokul milk, 2 packs of 500 ml each. Both packs got spoiled as soon as I heated them. Shopkeeper won't refund or provide replacement. What do I do?

I buy Gokul Special milk at 11.00PM on 5th April 2022 from Aditya Sweet Corner located at Datta Nagar Dombivali East at Rs 64 Rs ltr. Actual MRP price was 30.50 per half ltr but his charged Rs 32 per half ltr.

The money is not matter, I am expecting good quality, I came at 11.05 pm on 5th April (same day) at my home and put that milk on gas stove to do hot so that I can use that milk for eating.

I reside in seawoods sector 27, shop keeper are charging 2 rs extra on Gokul Milk per litre.
This should be stop.
All shops are charging 2 rs extra.
This black marketing should be stop.

More than the price is charged

The mrp on packet is 30 rs but the shopkeeper is selling it at 32rs for refrigerating the milk.

From last one week Gokul milk is good, it's poor in quality and gets spoiling many times.

I have been using Gokul more then a decade, never face such problem in past.

I request you to treat my complaint in positive way and get this fixed.

since last week I have received milk which forms lathers like soap. milk not tested good, I have lodge complaint to distributor RAVI SHINDE/VIJAY GHARE . first Vijay ghare advise us to make direct complaint to customer care he don't even take his responsibility to convey the dairy that his customer having problem in product. Then seeing is irresponsibility we only call Mr. Shinde who is also distributor of GOKUL MILK in Goregaon he collect milk samples and next day told us there is no problem in milk. we are using this milk since 4/5 years and KNOW even slight difference in taste /color . he did not show us lab report . Why any official from GOKUL not attended our complaint . Distributor always make customer wrong in case of any complaint. ARE WE PAYING FOR DILUTED /ADULTEREATED MILK ? WHY GOKUL DONT HAVE ANY SYSTEM WHERE THEY CAN CAME AND DO ADULTERATION HOME TEST INFRONT OF CUSTOMER OR SHARE LAB REPORT WITH US.

Dear sir,
We are using this milk since last 20 years. Since last week we are getting some smell in your product. And moreover it is more diluted. We smell it like wheat floor or you can say maida.
Request you to find out the truth and do the needful. Thank you.

Without even addressing complaint ...company closed the complaint stating resolved.

1.Upon boiling milk the oil part floats on the milk. It was not observed previously ..but these days it is seen quite often.

2.On preparing paneer out of boiled milk(gokul) the paneer texture is kind of wax or kind of glue...So much elasticity in the paneer...strange though.

3.The delivery guy is delivering same date expiry milk.(on the very day is the milk expiry day).On complaining the delivery guy says the milk delivery van is delivering same date expiry pouches.

Milk has been containing a white solid substance after filtering, it was not found from so many years & today we got it...what is this kindly reply!!??????

I'm living in shikrapur 412208 here near all sweat homes and shops are selling milk in commission price.

on packaging you mentioned 30₹ for half litre still they are abusing and fighting for 31₹ they says 1₹ is for our commission and they says we are rights from gokul company to sell at this extra price

1. Packing milk
gokul milk sailing rate is rs.54 but retailer are sailing the milk price of Rs.58 per ltr. Kindly take action against retailer.

2. Local milk collection dairy's
Why is milk sold at extra rate when there is no process from milk collection center like milk purification, transportation, packing without any cost?

Please stop robbing customers

Use before date mentioned on packet 25 Aug 21 but milk got curdled early in the morning of 25 Aug 21.

We been using Gokul Pasteurized Full Cream milk, now recently the cost are revised as per the revised sheet cost for 1 liter gokul Pasteurized Full Cream is 60rs. but the vendor at bhandup east - 400042 ask me to pay 63 for 1 liter.
may i know why the difference is charged?

We are staying at peddar Road Mumbai 400026. where gokul Cow milk half liter delivered by vendor are adulterated. Also we are oberaving such adulterated milk delivered at our for around one month. we have also complaint the same to vendor. Before complaining to Food adulerated department of BMC. i feel to complain you people. please check and revert.

Dear Sir,
We are regularly using Gokul milk from many years 4 to 5 litters a day.
But now days we are facing issues with milk, very less cream come out from milk and also having problem with curd (slimy texture)
I did complain many times to our milk supplier but he always said "we passed your message to company"
But still we facing this same problem from last 2 to 3 months now we don't know this problem from your end or our milk center doing any unwated thing with milk.
Kindly look in the matter or we have no otion to change milk brand or milk center

I m customer from vanivali at rasayani patalganga dist raigad tal khalapur are submitting complaint regarding cow milk price issue.price on half ltr pouch is 24 but still shopkeeper always takes 30 rs from customer.why such huge difference in price.
Please resolve this issue.kindly take action...

Brought milk 1 liter 2 bags of half liters from shop. Aftersome some time when bags where at room temperature tried to boiled but turned sour.
