Quality of milk is bad, different smell.

To much bad taste of gokul special milk from last two months (July august september 2020) in mumbai suburbans thane kalyan dombivli please research on it. Check the product because its a question of public health.

Gokul milks in this area is very bad tastes and also looks yellow... It's clearly sees that it may have adulterated or mixing with dangerous chemicals... It's happening from few months ago... Kindly look into these case asap...

Prerna enterprises in Parel Bhoiwada, Mumbai 400012 is charging 1 rupess more than the MRP on the pretext that the packaging material is old and previous rate of 58rupees is printed. He is charging 59 rupess per litre.

Using folly buffalo milk since last 10-15 years, but now a days the quality is very bad. Plz send ur inspector for testing.

Since past one week, the milk does not seem to be the quality which it was.. It is now yellow like cow milk and not white... Even the cream size has reduced..

I am mayuri pawar nigadi pune. We have recieved poor quality milk when we drink milk we suffering stomach problem last 15 days. Please check the quality.

I purchased 2 litres of gokul buffalo milk on 5 jul 2020 from vendor near my home. I kept the milk for boiling 1st 500 ml it got spoiled. 2nd time in another vessel i kept another 500 ml for boiling it again got spoiled. 3rd time i tried full 1 liter in 3rd vessel and it also got spoiled.

This has happened almost 10 times in last 2 months that the milk has spoiled.

When i asked for replacement for the same yesterday, the vendor only provided 1 ltr replacement and for other 1 ltr vendor is asking to call customer care to get the replacement.

When i tried to reach customer care pune. The cell is switched off.

Please let me know how can i get the replacement for remaining 1 ltr from vendor.

Refer to above subject we are user of Gokul milk from last few decades.
Buying milk from nearest grocery store.
Since from Last one month my mother and wife have been complaining about the the new change. That about heavy oily content.
I would like to bring this notice to Gokul technical team. May its fat level is too high which is not good for health or any contamination.
Pl. Check this immediately. I have attached picture of milk pot shows too much thick oily content on surface after boiling the milk.
Our family loves Gokul milk and this change is something new for us.
Hence you are requested to kindly verify and clarify to us.

I am dnyaneshwar wagh, last 6 months ago i had distributorship of govind milk of curd distributorship when i decided to close this distributorship companys sales person collect letter of closed distributorship and cancel cheque but after 5 months company not send my deposit money of rs.10, 000/- i have several phone calls to sales personal but his not attend my calls so please help me for this situation

I am an ardent fan of Gokul milk for more years than I can remember..Last year I have shifted residence fro Kolshet to Manpada, Thane and since then I am experiencing that the milk is not gathering cream as much as it used to in Kolshet residence.There is a very thin layer of cream in the milk since so many months now...I waited patiently for things to improve but since they havent, this complaint.
For me, Milk + Gokul and I recommend same to all my friends who buy other brands.
I request you to kindly look into the distributor chain etc and address my problem

In this lock down period why people selling Gokul Milk 61/- per liter. They are the biggest culprit. Take major action against them.

Referring subject above, this is to intimate you that i am a resident of ambernath, thane district, maharashtra.
Whilst the outcome of cream is appreciable, but after preserving the cream for making ghee, at the time of churning the preserved cream, it is seen big particles of black foreign elements are emerging slowly, which appears to be accumulation of dust.in fact it is not possible to describe physically on paper. Also the outcome of cream is as if it is asian paint. We cannot hold the makkhan on hand to transfer it into other bowl.
Sir, this was not the case earlier. But recently on two occasion within a gap of 15-20 days same shortcoming was noticed.
I thought it appropriate to bring this to your knowledge so that if any malpractice is happening in between before the milk reaches to consumers.
Hope immediate action is taken. Further course of action will be taken after your initiative on this issue.

There is a aarey milk centre in my locality (Village road, Bhandup West) where the Gokul milk is sold at additional 1 rupee over the MRP as cooling charges.
I have attached license details of the owner.
Request you to take strict action.

Quality of gokul milk become poor in last 2 months so poor..

From 2 days we noticed that milk quality is less. There is water in the milk, product lost it's identity.How can it happen??

Today as usual we received 2 packets of gokul pasteurised full cream milk. After poured it in the pan i got literally shocked, there was a cockroach in the milk whose body parts were scattered all over in the milk. Me and my husband are food technologist, we are very well aware that to run a factory you have to follow hygiene practices and there are few filters also through which product (Milk) has to pass before packing, even after this...

I purchase full cream cream milk for preparing home made desi ghee. I have noticed that cream content in 'Gokul full cream milk' is much lesser than other brands such as Amul and Warana. Very disappointed...

We are regular customers of gokul milk from many years but since last few days the quality of the milk is degraded.. Sometimes it smells bad.. Sometimes it’s thin like water.. It has less milk and more water.. Please deliver what we pay for.. Customers pay for the milk and not for the water... Please look into the quality of the milk you’re delivering.. Highly disappointed
