Gokul Milk Complaints & Reviews

Dear Sir,

We have been users of Gokul Milk (whole milk with maximum fat) since last many years. We were happy about the quality of milk. We used to extract rich cream from the milk and used it for preparing ghee. The thick cream allowed us to make enough ghee so that we did not need to buy it from market.
Now from July 2016 (cant give exact date) the quality of milk deteriorated and the milk produce half cream than it used to produce earlier.
We want to know whether Gokul Milk has reduced the fat content or any adulteration is being done at retail level.
Please look into this matter and do the needful.

I would like to bring into notice that we're consuming gokul buffalo milk since two years! earlier the quality of milk was good but since last week that is from 1st july 2016, the quality of milk is very bad! if we consume today's milk today itself is fine but when we consume it the next day the milk tastes very bad and becomes bitter taste! even if we make paneer out of it, that also is very bitter. gokul milk's quality is deteriorating day by day. earlier it was thick cream in it but now cream is also in very less amount. gokul milk is playing with our health, we've kids at our home and they're just playing with kid's health as well. i think milk is being adulterated. please resolve this issue as soon as possible. hope you'll solve this issue.

My name is nagnath r satav. I have a milk stall in kanjur marg (E) from around 35 years. I want to request people to please stop buying gokul milk of any brand because quality of milk is very much degraded, it gets spoil the next day, in whatever temperature u kept. I urge u to shift to mother dairy, amul as they r of international standards.
Also customer care of gokul are highly illtreatre, there explaination is unsupportive, waste of time, money. They will tell u to test the milk costing u and at the end u get nothing

We the members of Veena Beena CHS Ltd, AD Marg, Sewri, Mumbai -15, have been receiving outdated Gokul Milk packets from the local vendor.

These packs, which are dt: 06/11/15 are delivered to us on 17/11/15 i.e after 11dys. The Milk packets are old, soiled & recycled... also the milk in them appears to be adulterated or replaced with substandard milk.

You are requested to take up this matter with the company & the authorities as this is an extremely serious health hazard for our families.

I stay in Kalher (Bhiwandi). In "Rajlaxmi Sweats and Farsan" (Add. Opp. Durgesh Deep Society, Old Agra Road, Kalher-Koliwada. Bhiwandi, ) Shopkeeper charging Rs. 22/- (Rs. Twenty Two) per 500 ml. of Gokul Milk, while Rs. 19/- (Rs. Nineteen) shown as MRP. on pouch of 500 ml. of Gokul Milk. Shopkeeper charging Rs. 3/- more than MRP. Asking him why Rs.3 more he says he gets in Rs.19 from distributor. I also complaint at "Prabhat Nutritious and Frozen Food Industries Pvt. Ltd.Plot No.37/4, TTC Indl. Area, M.I.D.C., Turbhe. We are regularly buying 1.5 Ltr Gokul Full cream Milk since the last 3 years. We have noticed that your half liter pack is weighing only 450 gms, whereas your 1 ltr pack is weighing 1kg. I suspect pilferage and have kept the sample pack intact. Request you to please check on urgent basis and inform why there is shortage in your half liter pack. Rgds

Hi A shopkeeper(shop no. 8-10) from Mulund-west.swapna nagri, swapna sangeet building is charging more than MRP every time. His arrogance is unbelievable on this matter. I would humbly like to ask, in the past such matters were raised, as I read many articles here itself and many other sites, what action was taken in the past, and what action will be taken hence forth? Today morning (i.e. 21st July, 2014) we got milk from Pantnagar, Ghatkopar East Milk ditribution centre, And we saw that milk of Gokul (Classic) on which packing date is 22nd July, 2014. Today is 21st July, how can we get milk dated 22nd July, 2014. Now we can make out how fresh is Milk. We want answer for such milk. Its our life concerned matter. Since its food product

With due respect I Payal Gala resident of 174/4863, Friends CHS, Pantnagar, Ghatkopar East compliant that on 18th July I have taken two Gokul Classic 1 Litre each from distribution centre of gokul by boiling on same day curding has done of all 2 litres. So kindly replace or pay for the same to our home asap.

Dear Sir, I am a resident of Sher-e-Punjab Colony Andheri (E). Vendors (including those who sit on the road in mornings) here are charging ONE RUPEE additional to the MRP rate printed on HALF Litre milk Bag. They refuse to give milk if one demands to pay MRP amount printed on milk bag, which according to common man includes their share of profit.. Is it justified ? When I boiled it and it wasted. because he gave me milk of previous date. Dear Sir, I am the Resident of Thane Whagle Estate, Kishan Nagar-3, We having been using the Gokul Classic from more than past 5 Years.., Recently from past couple of weeks my mom sees some round ball getting stick at the bottom after boiling it for the fist time, Mom doubts it to be most likely "saboodana".. I have kept that thing with me in refrigerator, , in case some one is coming to take the sample for lab analysis. I have today also kept the same in refrigerator. Dear Sir, I am a resident of Mulund Colony and buy gokul milk from centre opposite chandni building every day early morning before 7.00 AM the owner is charging more than the MRP by Rs 1 per litre thou the official rate is Rs 46/ltr. we have to pay Rs 47/ltr. and he increases the prices on his own when ever required. from today 1st feb 2014 he has incread the price by another Rs 1 that is now rs 48/ltr we have to pay. thou there is no official increase by gokul dairy [in news paper on news channels]. customers have to pay heavily throu there nose. even if you personally visit during there official delivery timimgd between 6.00AM to 8.00AM. will the concerned official look in to the matter and revert with the feed back on [protected] or [protected]@yahoo.com

Hi Sir / Madam, Can you please clarify what is the Milk prices of Gokul's various milks in Mumbai Sub-urban Area. Along the same let us know if any shop-keeper is charging more than the MRP printed on the Milk bag, how to file a complaint against him. Dear Sir/Madam, how Much Pay Price for Cow Milk In Mumbai (Mulund) Or what is real price in mumbai (Mulund) plz clear it . some shopkeeper take Rs. 34, Rs. 35, . We have been buying milk from Jalaram General Stores - Gorai 1, Borivali (W) at higher prices than MRP. Till few days back he used to charge Rs. 46 when MRP was 44. Today he charged 48 ar same MRP of 44. When asked why is he charging more, he replies saying the company itself has increased pricing and the company still ships milk in older bags. This cat and mouse race has been going on for a while now. We dont know who is lying and who is right. But this is loot in terms of charging higher than MRP. The company should take strict action against such nuisance as its spoiling their image. Request some action. Mayank

I get Gokul milk from the vendor Mr. Muturaman, his cell no. is [protected]. He is located at Vaishali Nagar, Ghatti Pada Road, Mulund(West), Mumbai – 400 080.
To my surprise the milk supplied to me was having a seal date of 21/09/012. This was supplied to me on 22/09/12. This is not acceptable.

The seal was IFE 21/09 GA

There seems to be some adulteration racket and proper study should be undertaken by the concerned authorities.

I stay in Ashok Towers Parel.Our milk dealer is Sairam Milk Agency-[protected]./[protected]. I have used Gokul full cream+Gokul cows milk for years.Recently the Cows milk leaves a lot of deposit at the base of the vessel when boiled.Its is powdery and creamy.Also the malai on top is not the proper yellow which we get in Cows milk.Pls check this out.
