Dear sir/madam,
I am N. Leela Mahathi. d/o N.Anjaneyulu. My father have invested an amount of 1000/- at golden forests (India) limited. Receipt no: 440566, enrollment no:449245 and issue date :25/01/1996. Maturity value (101000/-) is to be paid paid after 24/01/2017. But due shifting from place to another place, we does not concentrate the cheque issued by you and now we realised that we have a cheque. but it was worthless .I enclosed the cheque and receipt regarding investment. so please guide me what has to do now. Kindly go through the problem and see that our maturity value reaches us. Please sir this amount is really need for us. Thanks in advance.
